Twisted doesn't matter - it's anatomically impossible. Sinuses aren't connected to the nasal cavity. If your poured the cum up your nose, it might end up in your trachea and then your lungs, if you inhaled it. That would likely cause asphyxiation, and probably not of the erotic sort. More likely, your epiglottis would automatically close off your trachea, and the cum would run down your throat.
