The brother and sister naughty chat storyline has already been done. In some cases the taboo was lessened because the two younger people were stepbrother and stepsister, but I know I have read this before. I believe the mom and son storyline has been well explored also; typically with the son in his first year of college or something similar.

Now maybe with cousins or neighbors who "somehow" then find out they are speaking with each other and do/do not know if they can handle the reality of the relationship in real life. It seems to me there is more potential with these slightly less related characters. Coming up with unusual ways for the two principal characters to "discover" each others identity is where imagination and literary genius make the story successful.
