Superheroes OOC

Hey guys, I want to start a superhero thread. It has been a long time since I have seen one of these. Here, you can either create a hero (no all powerful heroes), or be an already existing hero. I have already created a hero, his hero name is 'The Golden Light'. Here's his profile.

Weight: 169lbs.
Age: 18
Powers: Can run as fast as light, gains energy from all light sources, more energy he has, stronger he is. He gains strength when he has more energy, and can shoot laser beams from his eyes. Every time he uses a power, he drains energy. In low light condition, is not very helpful.
Brief Bio: Was found at a temple in the Himalayas as a baby. The temple was made to train people with powers to be able to control them. He was raised at the temple, and was one of the strongest people their. At the temple, at the age 18 the students were tested to see if they could control their powers. If they could, they were allowed to leave the temple. He passed the test.
Description: is very attractive, and always jokes around, but he will become serious when needed, and always tries to help his friends. Is not cowardly or selfish, and always puts another's life before his own. His hair color is brown and he has beautiful eyes that are a mix of brown green and blue. He lives in an apartment, and only gets money by working for a enhancing. The mechanic knows about his abilities, and has built a radio for him that allows Danny to hear the police radios so he can stop crimes.
Attire: When working or at home, he wears jeans and a grey hoodie. Always wears sneakers. To go into hero form, he chants 'Unleash the light!', ad then he glows, and when he stops glowing is in hero form. He is half as powerful when out of hero form. Doesn't use gadgets.

Powers: Her physical attributes of agility, strength, speed, and reflexes have been greatly heightened. her strength and speed are only slightly above the super human line, but her agility and reflexes are substantial.
She also has the ability to create a static electricity field around herself, that while incapable of harming anyone, allows her to cling tightly to any surface (such as a wall or ceiling) or repulse it (which can normally be used to propel her through the air at great heights, almost as a "super jump")
She can use this ability on an area, which will cause others to cling or repulse from objects or surfaces, but if they resist, it takes a massive amount of effort to do so. If used directly on people, it will result in nothing more than a tickling buzz.

Bio: Secret. Hellcat keeps her alternate identity and origin I closely kept secret.

Description: Hellcat is an attractive woman with a well toned physique. She's 5'2", with shin length red hair, and bright green eyes. Her costume consists of a blue gymnastics leotard with yellow tribal markings up and down the back. She wears a blue with a half mask on her face, and a blue hair band with cat ears on them, clipped to her hair. She also wears padded, fingerless gloves, designed for bunching out bad guys. Blue running shoes and yellow gym socks.

Everything about her screams "I take this seriously, but I'm on a budget."

This is my characters hero form, but picture it golden and glowing instead.

I would like for their to be at least one regular person, one super villain, and one person trying to figure out the heroes identities for any reason of choice. Please try to make this happen.

Height: 4'0'' and under
Weight: Changeable, relative to height
Age: 21
Powers:

• Sizeshifting - can change height from 4'0'' to anything smaller
• Teleportation - as long as he can see the destination, he can teleport to it
• Drug Understanding - Has a vast knowledge of drugs from his days in the ward, and can use them to his advantage

Bio:
They said - at The Ward - that they could make him better. He was always a short man, 5'2'', and The Ward, that obscure little building with science leaking from the windows, said they could give him the height he truly deserved. They told him that, with only a very simple drug-program, he would grow to whatever height he specified.

What they didn't tell him was that the Nurse was one crazy fuck, and started injecting him - fervently - with the opposite drug, and after a few days of lying in the hospital bed dazed and confused, found he was too short to even open the doors to leave. After a scuffle, he was injected with even more of the goddamn stuff, and one of the Nurses who had tried to save him was poisoned too. He immediately dropped to the atomic level, became lost in time and space, learn the secrets of the energy between things, and taught himself how to adapt his body to the needs of the universe: in short, teleportation and size-shifting. He then found the Nurse, and she's kept in a little box somewhere secret.

Who he was before doesn't matter; all that matters now is that he is Cheshire - the cat with the smile. All because the only other thing that shrank with him was a copy of Alice in Wonderland, and when you've read that for 1minute/1aeon, it drives you a little insane.

And insane, this man is.

Description:
Dressed in a purple pinstriped suit, bowler hat and trousers - complete with cane with a smiling cat as the top - Cheshire is a crazy as fuckhead with a need to cause mischief wherever he goes.

I post whenever I can get online; which with my internet dropping out ferociously, work and general life, could be anything from an afternoon to late in the evening/early morning.

Okay, that's great, as long as your on at least once a day. Now, I have a question for ThomasShort. What does Chesire do that's so evil? Does he rob banks, or just commit crimes at random? And hellcat, I was thinking that my hero meets your hero when they go to stop the same crime, and then they kinda compete to see who is the better hero. Whatcha think?

Ah, now then.

1) He collects people off the street to sell to gangsters, kinksters, brothels and bidders. He has a warehouse of tiny people.
2) He causes mischief, think Mr. Mzptzlik or however its spelt from Superman, with a bit of Joker for good measure
3) Whatever takes his fancy, he is very unpredictable.

Just wondering, how would he capture people? With his teleporting and shrinking abilities, he doesn't appear to powerful. Can you explain his methods a bit?

Imagine him appearing before a gorgeous girl, smirking, and then their being just a pile of clothes.

Imagine him walking into a bank, shrinking the wall til it buckles open, then merely entering the chamber of money.

Imagine him disappearing before a punch lands, or a bullet flies.

His weakness, however, would be alluring women. Too aroused, and controlling said abilities becomes a difficulty.

So, whatever he touches he affects with his abilities? Cool. That sure does make him hard to beat. A question though, how does he react to short people? Is he nice to them or what not?

Well, at 4' that rarely happens. But I would imagine he relates, very strongly.

And it isn't necessarily touches, just proximity. If he can see he can effect, but the further away the more energy he needs to do it. More focus. Ergo, take away his focus - which is very easy - and his powers diminish greatly.

AH! I forgot! I need to adjust his powers.

It isn't necessarily teleportation, more evaporation then lots of quick movement, before revaporating. Like Cheshire from the Burton movie.

He can use this on other things such as walls, attire etc... he can evaporate people, but its alot of concentration to break apart something so complex.

Thanks, that makes a lot more sense. Word of advice to everyone here, subscribe to this thread, and make notifications instant. So, Chesire is our villain, me and Hellcat are the heroes, and I have a friend who will be joining us in the next coupe of days.
Ooh, I forgot! When in hero form, my character is 7ft tall. What do you think of the hero form? Is it cool or what!

I love the idea of charging up with light. Its like Superman but more direct, less "ooo I need a red sun" and more detailed.

Similarly, I can't wait to meet our heroine.

Description: Black eyes, blue eyes, has various scars over his body.
Attire: When in uniform, police blues with cuffs, .45 Clock, three spare magazines, nightstick, mace and a Tazer stun gun. When not working he tends to wear black jeans and t-shirts with strange slogans on them.
Bio: Dave joined the police force after leaving the army, he adapted quite quickly, but it was clear that he was a loner, he never went out with the guys in the precinct and the only time he was seen with the others was at functions. Has extensive training in hand-to-hand and is the Force's reigning shooting champion, he never shoots to kill, only to incapacitate so that he can make the arrest.

Okay, here how the thread will start. Chesire is in the middle of some sort of crime, the police hear it on their radio, The Golden Light hears it as well, but it is night, so he first tries o born light. Hellcat gets there, and then they meet. DeathsKnight, does your character want to bring down vigilantes, or not?
