All if my stories were stolen and put upon another sexy site. I asked the to cease and desist but all they did was put my name in them along with the lit copyright.

It actually happened to someone else and I read about it here. So I googled certain phrases that I used in quotes...like "My name is Brad..." and I found them. The The Swimming Pool story was illustrated with two what looked me like underaged girls. Not good.

As another writer, that sucks, to say the least. You should contact the site's web admin, threaten to have your lawyer contact them, and because your work was posted here long before there, I would assume, they should remove the pirated stories that rightfully belong to you...

I did what I could. They're within their legal rights to post it the way that they did. They gave me credit and posted the copyright, so I really didn't care after they did that.

What's really funny is that they must not know how to delete comments because the only comment to my stories on that site is my own -

Okay, but still...they posted your stuff without your permission, correct? At least that's what I thought you first meant. I had something similar happen many years ago on an actually adult site for a magazine I had published erotica in. They used my story as a sample for erotica on their site, which was cool but it would've been nice to be informed about it. I contacted them and they apologized and wanted more of my work, which I sent them. Some months later, the website shut down due to financial problems. Go figure.
