Guns... Lots of Guns (Closed)

This thread is the story of two siblings in their twenties who find the Golden Guns. The Golden Guns are special guns that appear every 400 years, and look like the most modern form of pistols. The Guns have infinite ammunition, and have rapid fire. These two sibling's lives revolve around guns. One of them is an expert marksman, the other makes guns. Both are well known for their skills, and both have helped the police and FBI with cases. One siblings name is Danny, the other Sam. The role of Danny has been taken by me. The role of Sam is open. PM me if you want to take the role of Sam.

Name: Daniel Gunner aka Danny

Description: he is the smart one of the family. He is an expert marksman, and has a good sense of humor. Knows guns very well.
Brief Bio: parents died when he was 18. He didn't go to college, but continued practicing his shooting. Became good enough that the cops hired him several times, and paid him well. Lives now in a fairly well sized apartment.

Zzz! Zzz, zzz, zzz,
The sound of his alarm woke up Danny. He opened his eyes, the flood of light making him squint. He checked the time. "6:00 AM. Right on time." he said to himself. He got out of bed and walked over to his closet. He chose a black T-shirt, and black pants. He put on his gun belt, bullet belt, and put his small revolver in his sock, and then put on his shoes. He walked out of his room, into the kitchen. He grabbed a box of cereal and a bowl. He filled the bowl with cereal and milk. And then grabbed a spoon. He filled his spoon with cereal, put it in his mouth, and munched quietly. When he was half done with his cereal, he grabbed the phone and dialed Sam's number. Ring, ring ring the phone rang. Daniel waited for someone to pick up.

Name: Samuel West Gunner aka Sam

Hair Color: Dark brown
Description: though not as smart as Danny, Sam is no slouch either. One of the leading gun smiths in the world, he declined various offers to appear on television, insted he spends time working on guns.
Brief Bio: parents died when he was 18. He went to college and it was there that the fact came out that he was quite creative with guns. He finished college and started his own workshop, becoming renowned in a few short years. He had helped thje authorities quite a lot with balistic tests and weapon recognition.

He was busy with the action for a MP5 which he was modifying for an action movie, the producer offered good money, he had six work benches lined up and on each of them lay an assortment of guns, some was for modification and others for restoration. It was when his phone rang that he realized it was morning and that he had pulled an all nighter. Grumbling at the interuption, he got up, walking past his gym set and picked up the phone.

"Samuel Gunner, S&W guns good morning."

Danny heard Sam begrudgingly answer the phone. "Hey Sam, its me. Whats up, youve been gone all night. Something up?" he asked him. Sam often stayed up all night, but whenever he did, he was doing something exciting. He waited for Sam's response, knowing he would be debating with himself whether to tell him or not, but maybe it was nothing, and Sam was just up mking guns. After all, Sam did sometimes suprise him.

"Ah Dan the man, yeah I've been up all night. Just busy with a few guns."

He grinned at the phone,

"Been working on a gun for an upcoming action movie, modified MP5."

He stretched out, his joints popping and creaking,

"What have you been up to? You kind of disappeared on me last week."

Danny smiled at his question. "Oh, just helping the FBI again. Cant tell you too much, its classified, even to you." he explained to him. He heard his new gun, a modified MP5. Since he made it, no doubt it would probably be the greatest version yet.

"Oh is it too classified for even me?"

He chuckled,

"I'll be sure to remind them of that next time they ask for my help. Listen Dan when will you be able to swing around here? I have something here that I think you will like, built it from scratch."

Danny grinned, hearing his brothers request. "Sure man. I'm not too busy Ruth now, I can come right now. Unless, of course, your still busy than I could swing by later." he told him. Danny usually had a lot of free time in his hands. After all, his main source of payment was the cops and the FBI, and they paid him very well for each of his jobs well done. He waited for Am's answer, silently munching on his cereal.

"No don't worry about it, now is fine..."

He paused,

"Are you eating that disgusting cereal again? If I told you once I told you a hundred times, the stuff is bad for you. Make porridge, oatmeal, maize meal whatever, just stop dumping that nonsense into your body. God, you really need to get a woman to look after you. Oh and when you come, make sure to come in through the shop, I welded the back door shut."

Danny grinned at his brothers concern. Upon hearing his request of entry, he obliged with it. "Sure. Why did you weld it shut. Oh, by the way, i dont need a woman, and all the calories i gain from this cereal is burned off very quickly. It doesnt eally matter what i eat now." he told him, just for the sake of bugging him.

"Calories? Don't think just because you have good genes it will always just burn off."

He knew Danny was irking him, Danny is his brother so it is to be expected,

"And eating that cereal only pumps your system full of preservatives, colorants and additives, there is no way you can tell me that something with the name of Preservative X650, can be normal or that it even exists. You can laugh at me now Danny, one day you will see that I'm right."

He ran his fingers through his hair,

"Some idiots tried to break in, so I just removed the temptation by welding the door and back windows shut, the sunroof gives enough ambience anyway."

He grinned as he heard Sam lecturing him. He finally gave up. "Ill stop eating the cereal after this box." he reassured him. Upon hearing about the attempted robbery, he grew a bit worried, but not too. "You okay? They didnt hurt you or take anything though, right?" Once he heard his answer, he felt reassured. "Okay Sam, ill be there soon." He hung up, grabbed his jacket, and ran out of his apartment to see his brother.

"Yeah yeah until you get to the supermarket. I'm fine and they did not get further than the burglar bars so everything is honkey dorey."

After Dan have hung up, he went for a shower, threw on some fresh clothing and opened the shop's door, soon his most trusted employee, Cara came in, sipping on a mega coffee. She was only 19, but already proved to know more about guns than most men and was quickly learning. With her there Sam could head back to his conversion, he greeted her, made certain that she was settled and then went to the back again, flicking on his security monitor. He sat down and started to work on the action again.

Danny got to his car, unlocking the door. He put the key into the ignition, the engine coming to life. He relaxed a bit, knowing sometimes his gunning instincts took over, and he speeded. He relaxed himself, and began driving at 40 miles an hour. To him, it was too slow. But, he knew he couldnt go faster. He finally made it to Sam's, after to him an eternity. He stepped out of the car, locking it, turning on the car alarm. He made sure to take all of his guns. He entered Sam's shop, and saw Cara there. "Hey, can i see Sam?" he asked her.

"Good morning Danny, sure come right through he is in the back."

She buzzed the security gate for Dan to come in, Sam was busy with his lathe and was wearing his protective gear, he did glance up and saw on the monitor that Dan had arrived. He turned his attention back to the barrel as the drill bit cleaned away the excess metal.

Danny walked through the door leading to Sam's workshop, careful to not get too close. He saw Sam drilling on the barrel of the gun he was making. He patiently waited for him to finish up before grasping his attention. Once Sam finished, he grabbed his attention. "Hey Sam, you called?" he said.

When he was done, he stopped the machine, then removed the earmuffs and safety goggles. He walked over to Dan and shook his hand,

"No, actually you called."

He chuckled and motioned for Dan to follow him,

"I balanced it out, with an empty clip or even a full clip it remains balanced."

He stopped at a cabinet, then punched in a code, the doors hissing open, he withdrew the pistol and handed it to Dan.

"Go ahead feel."

He pulled out a set of clips, then pulled out a set of attachments, pushing the button to close the doors. Motioning for Dan to keep following him, he pushed open the door to his indoor shooting range, pulling a set of ear guards and shooting glasses from the wall.

"Well there you go, targets set up at 50, 70, 100 and 150 yards."

He placed the clips on the counter and waited for Dan.

Danny held the gun, and felt Sam was right, it was balanced. He followed Sam into the shooting range, and put in a clip. He aimed at a 50 yard, and fired. It was very accurate, for a MP5. He changed the setting, and made it a 70 yard shot. He he turned to Sam, checking for approval.

OOC: Since im not too smart with guns, may have to look up some info, so dont make it too complex.

He nodded,

"50 yards is easy shootings for your caliber bro, try the 150 yards, word of advice, don't aim higher for bullet drop."

He was going through the things he had brought with him, getting one of them ready for Dan.

Danny heard Sam's advice, and grinned. "Sur thingsman." he said enthusiasticaly. He took the gun again, aimed, and fired a round of shots, not moving the gun. Soon, there was a giant hole right where the head used to be. He grinned again, and handed the gun back to Sam. "Sure is neat man!" he told him. Sam sure made the best guns!

"But wait, there's more."

Taking the pistol from Dan he clipped on the things he had brought with him, it transformed the pistol to a SMG, he ejected the spent clip and slotted in a fresh clip, but this one was longer and beefier, he flicked a switch on the weapon and handed it to Dan.

"Try it now."

Danny saw the gun turn into a MP5, and and took it carefully. He aimed at the 150 yard poster, and fired a round of shouts again. Soon the poster was in tatters. Danny handed the gun back to Sam. "For a SMG, it sure is accurate. Practically no bullet didn't hit the poster, except for when the poster was destroyed. In other words... Danny like." he said, handing him back the gun.

Sam nodded, took the conversion from Dan and fitted another clip, pushing a button a dummy target popped up and came rushing to the front, Sam brought the SMG up and fired, the .45 slugs punching holes through the torso where the heart would be.

"I converted it from an old M1911, added a few tweaks from the Glock system and got the idea for the clip-ons from the very same Glock systems."

He pulled the pistol from the system and held the two back out to Dan,

"Well if you like it, it's yours."
