Severus could tell she meant what she said. " don't doubt my power, but there are some wizards more powerful then me. For instance, Albus, and Volde... I mean he-who-must-not-be-named." He began feeling uncomfortable lying to her about once being a death eater. He touched his left arm. He was, however, very suspicious looking while doing so. He hoped she didn't notice, however.

She looked at him when he named Albus but then Voldemort and smiled "I'm not afraid of his name Voldemort and Albus are also much older then you. Voldemort is in his seventies and Albus is over one hundred. Emily looked at him seeing what he was doing with his arm. "Severus are you alright?" She placed her hand on his left arm hoping he was alright.

Severus was confused with what was going on. He was also scared. If she saw the mark on his arm, she would reject him. But if she didn't see it, it would haunt him. He was too confused too think. But, he knew he loved her, and she love him. With that thought, he took off his shirt, not caring about his mark, and went to bed.
