Althea followed Yirril to the tent where valuables had been taken. There were piles of jewelry, ridiculous amounts. "This all came from the castle?" Why was there so much? And the part that worried her.... Did her father take all of this from the orcs?

Kron accepted the prince's hand. “Truce. Best for you to draw your blood, otherwise I can't guarantee your safety. I let you say goodbye to your sister, before I give you that massage. Don't tell your father about her relationship with me.” Kron started heading back to the camp. Hoping that Yirril had found a way to explain to Althea.

Althea looked at Yirril. "I can't believe we have this much. This is more than anyone should own." She shook her head angry and disgusted, not just with her father, but with herself for not noticing. “Yes, all of this is from your castle. It was filled with treasures, beautifully crafted. All taken from orcs. The emblem matched the ring on her finger. She removed it and tossed it into the chest. She couldn't wear it without thinking about how her father got it.

Kron and Zorathos walked into the camp. All of the nearby orcs cheered their leader for defeating an armed opponent without using a weapon. Some attempted to throw insults at the defeated prince in the little Elvish they knew.

The Warlord moved towards the nearest orc “Where is Yirril?” He mentioned towards the treasure tent. “Come along Zorathos” The two worked their way through the camp, eventually making it to the tent. Yirril sat outside smoking his pipe. “Althea should be in there, say your goodbyes to her. After that Yirril will give you the message.” Letting the prince go he sat down beside Yirril.

“Kron, tell me what did Althea did to you?”

The orc gave cold glare at the elf for asking such a question “After your done with Zorathos, inform the others that we're heading out early tomorrow for the Forest of Averliss. If we make good time, you should be able to see your children in 3 days” Kron broke his coldness with smile for Yirril, and motioned for him to pass the pipe.

“Am glad to finally get an answer to that question. Althea is in a more understanding mood but she is going to need someone to comfort her once she's done finding the truth out” Yirril passed the pipe. Two smoked, waiting for the siblings to finish.

Zorathos entered the tent to see Althea sitting by a chest crying. He ran to her and held her tight. He stroked her hair gently, rocking her back and forth. Althea managed to choke ou a few words. "Our... Father. He..."

Zorathos hugged her closer. "I know. I know." He had never seen his sister like this. He understood why she was upset though. Everything their father had told her was a lie. He had known some, but he had tried to ignore it. But that was impossible now.

He took her head in his hands and looked into her eyes. "Kron and I made a truce. I'm going to leave, but I swear I will come back. We will stop our father together. I trust Kron. I know he'll take good care of you. I love you."

Althea stared at the ground as he left the tent. Zorathos looked at Kron and spoke. "She didn't know anything about what our father did until today. I think she really needs you right now. Please take care of her."

After hearing the message, he retrieved his horse and hurried back to the man who he was now ashamed to call family

Kron returned Yirril's pipe and left him to take care of the next step. He slowly stood up and entered the tent, seeing a sulking Althea near the chest for reclaimed Orc goods. He walked slowly to the woman as not to scare her. He sat down next to her, looking at the chest of goods found to bearing an Orc mark. “Althea, I know that this is sudden shock for you. I foolish thought I could keep this is all away from you but at one point you were going to find out about all the lies. But know that I tried my best to protect you from all this. I can't stop what is going to happen to your father, if I don't do it, then someone else will.”

Althea nodded, realizing why he hadn't told her about her father. She turned to him and hugged him close, crying against his chest. "I'm sorry I slapped you. I didn't want to believe it. I swear I didn't know about any of this." Her body shook against him.

His lying shows that he cared about you enough to protect you from this pain.” His hand reached into the chest picking out the ring he often saw on Althea hand. He raised up to his eye inspecting the craftsmanship, it was nice piece and had Orc tribal mark on it “Your bother is riding with message for your father. We will meet outside the Forest of Averliss in 5 days, to negotiation your release. However the meeting is trap for your father. Althea closed her eyes, the tears finally coming to an end. She couldn't stop herself from wondering what else her father was hiding. What if he had lied about her mother? How did he really treat his people when she wasn't watching? She knew she could never look at him the same way again.

Once Althea stopped crying, Kron closed the chest. He held onto the ring, while it belonged in the chest, it looked better on her finger. He quielty stuffed it in his pocket. “I think you've seen enough bad for one day. Come am sure we can find you something better to look at”

Althea hugged Kron as they left the tent. Seeing Yirril, she nodded at him. He had caused her a lot of pain but had opened her eyes. She would rather know the truth than have everything she believed be a lie. She held onto Kron's arm, letting him guide her

He took Althea to the tent that housed the clothes, other miscellaneous goods. He couldn't let her stay naked with just her brother's coat for protection. “Pick out enough clothing to last you 3 days. I suggest you find at least one outfit comfortable enough to ride in” With that, he left he alone in the tent. He stood outside, to ensure that no one got the idea to disturb her.

Althea quickly put on a green tunic, more fitted and feminine than what Kron had first seen her in, brown leggings, and short boots. She picked out three other outfits, lightweight and easy to carry, before braiding her hair and returning to Kron. She squeezed his hand gently and gave him a small smile. Being by his side calmed her, making her forget about everything bad that had just happened

Kron was glad to see Althea smiling again. But at the same time he worried about her still. In single day she had lost everything either through violence or by truth. He pushed those thoughts out his mind, all that matter was that she found a way to be happy.

“Come dear, we will be breaking camp before dawn. Best to get you somewhere out of the way.” Wrapped her close to his large body, as he they walked back to his tent. On their way he motioned for dinner to be served in his tent.
