Going on the assumption that you are writing a Big Dick story I thought I'd throw in my 2 cents.

Yes but, if you had multiple sex partners, and one liked you fully inside her, but the other felt you kind of too long, then you may have to pull out slightly, not being fully inside. Then you could have a situation where you didn't want too much pleasure for whatever reason at the time.
