The year is 2076. Much of the world, including the USA, is a no-man's land of warring tribes, corrupt local governments, factions seeking to impose a new centralizing regime, and outright warlords.
Col. Brian Kincaid heads the Blue Dog Guards, the dominant faction in East Texas. He has absolute power over life and death in his small, but prosperous territory, having brought law and order to it unlike some other areas of the country.
The price is a draconian legal code that often results in busy firing squads. Tanks and armored personnel carriers roam the streets in broad daylight. But business is booming and investors come in from other parts of the world. Life has begun to return to some degree of sanity. It's not perfect, but a lot fewer people were shot this year.
Kincaid also keeps largely neutral in the other fratricidal conflicts. He has no desire to risk his little kingdom in the interest of expanding it. He has become a sort of broker and mediator in other territorial disputes.
His other interests include having kept women....always single ladies who attach themselves to him as a means of advancement and security.
I'm seeking female players to be those women, plus maybe a few advisers and aides who might get to borrow one of his women.
