If you're turned on by femininity, CD's often do that better than biological women. For them the process of dressing up and and primping is a big part of the sexual experience. I don't want to draw generalizations about how most women view dressing up for sex, but I'll just say that in my experience it's rare and when it does occur there's often an air of "I'm doing this for you" guilt tied up in it.
