Maybe it's the idea that you have what we have but you go a step further and dress like a woman making it more like a mf experience than a mm. Maybe it's because when anal is involved, many times it seems more shared desire than with women. Could it be that we may have a better understanding of the wants and needs of each other(except maybe in your case).
I feel I could still continue on in this manner but this may vary from one to the next, and still many who agree/disagree. Mikey makes a great point about how CD,TS, TG are always working to make our selves so feminine, al be it, uber feminine. I know when I'm out dressed, I work hard to be so passable that there is little question of passing by people I come in contact with.
