It's a delicate process; every partner is different and even the ones that enjoy being teased for hours can turn on you if you're taking it too far when they're not in the right place. I don't think so...not from my rather limited perspective.

Not at all.
I am quite in the same boat especially when I know he/she is really set on it. Its like my body is saying "you want me to cum so you can feel like a winner? eh I am so NOT giving you the pleasure". Once they get to know me a bit better and learn what I like its less and less of a problem.

Speaking from a guys point of view. If I am away on ops or detachment and I haven't had a proper orgasm for weeks I will start to get very real dreams and the longer I go the more perverted the dreams.
