Ladies: Personal time soundtrack?

This is an offshoot of another thread, which got me thinking.

My father was in the music promotion biz in the 60s and 70s and I was raised on a rich diet of blues and r&B and blues rock despite what was popular among my peers. As a result, I am a very aural person (yes, that is the spelling I wanted) and find that my personal pleasuring is greatly intensified by certain pieces of music, no matter what the primary motivation might be.

So my questions are:
a) do you like music or prefer the quiet time?
b) if the former, what rocks the boat?

To start
1) Tie Me to the Whip'n Post -- Allman Bros.
2) Ball & Chain -- Janis Joplin
3) Killing Floor -- Cafe R & B

AND NO! I am not into bondage, pain or any of that stuff -- it's just the music, damn it!

I started my personal pleasuring in an era when I found it necessary to have my trusty radio on to hide any sounds. Since it was the early 80's, I have a soft spot in my, ahem... heart, for Foreigner. Juke Box Hero in particular. I was young, what can I say?

I have not heard that in years -- "One guitar slung way down low" over a driving bass line -- that works, that works indeed. Did you find yourself moving to the music, your tempo to their tempo? Or was it just the overall energy? For me it is the former.

Excellent choice, darling

Back then, I did indeed feel compelled to follow their tempo and rhythm.

I think I'd have to keep a fire extinguisher nearby -- or a large tub of lube

Yikes!

Cafe R&B! Now we're talkin'. We brought them out to our local blues fest a couple years ago.

Remember, kids-be it fishin' or fuckin', blues is the root, everything else is the fruit!
