Just talked to her, they had a bad day/night. No power and maybe none for a week. Lots of trees down around her and no gas to be had, those places that have it are about a two hour wait. So they are all ok, just riding things out for now.
A neighbor with a generator is having people over to cookout, shower, etc.
Counties on either side were hit hard, the main road was impassable and schools are closed.
Let's keep everyone down there in our prayers!!

Thanks for the update on Cloudy.....all of those folks in that line of storms (only the latest) need our prayers and help...Thanks again, ABS

Living in the back of a station wagon or a ruddy old van. Ah,those were the days.

I wondered how she was doing. Thanks, Abs.

The twister that hit Tuscaloosa, AL was a mile wide! 37 dead so far.

Good to hear that she and the family are reasonably safe. Stella, those videos make me want to drive up to Parkfield and get down on my knees and kiss the San Andreas Fault!

Glad to hear she's relatively okay, I'm sending prayers and love in that direction. I was looking at some photos of the devastation left by the tornadoes before and it scares me half to death.

CLOUDY's an Indian so wiping her ass with Spanish moss is prolly 2nd nature to her, ditto for bathing...once a month is about as much as an Injun gal likes.

Glad to hear that Cloudy's okay. From the news pictures that I've seen, she could be much worse off. Lots of areas seem to be totally devastated.

thanks, I was thinking about her too. pass along that she is in our thoughts please. :rose:

Thank you for updating us....when you speak to her again, please relay our best wishes.

Good to know she is alright. She has been in my thoughts.

Wasn't all that concerned until I heard the AL tornadoes were f3s and f4s, Cloudy will kick an f2's ass. Glad to hear she's okay. Thanks Abs.

You get any video?

You're kidding, right? Um...no...I had my cowardly ass in the hallway with the kids and waited for the sirens to stop (and dogs to stop howling)...ever heard a tornado?

Scary.
