Cara MacKenzie
27
5'3", slim and toned, 34D
Jingle Bell Rock played for what seemed like the hundredth time today, and Cara managed to smile at the two small kids who were knocking things off her desk, while she signed their mother up with a new super saver account.
Cara glanced at the clock, ten to four, almost closing time, almost time for the much anticipated Christmas Party. This year, they were going to a place in the mountains, staying tonight, a little skiing, bob sledding and the like tomorrow, and then tomorrow night, THE PARTY, and then home on Sunday. It was a big event, and at least the bank were paying for the entire thing, so hey, why not go?? Right!
She finished her paper work, and handed the woman hers, found some lollipops for the two kids, and wished them all a merry Christmas. She followed them to the door with her eyes, and then blushed, as her eyes connected with Adam Winters, who had been promoted from another branch of the bank to take up position as Business Manager - her boss's boss! He was tall, dark and handsome, and he was the star of many of her fantasies - unfortunately, that's all he was ever likely to be!
Five months earlier, Cara had been dating David, nothing serious, and, she had jumped at his suggestion of his friend joining them in bed one night. It was something she had always wanted to do, but not something she would do in a serious relationship, and things with David were just perfect, that she didn't feel she was jeopardizing anything special. It had been amazing, everything she had imagined, and more!! David's friend was easy on the eyes, tall, well built, thick dark hair, and dark brown eyes. In a word HOT!!
The problem was that three weeks later, he showed up at work... as the new business manager!! And Cara had almost died of embarrassment. Of course, as time went on, she began to wonder if he even remembered it!! Or her!! He had never exchanged a word with her since, other than the very occasional work related comment. Her relief had slowly evaporated, and was replaced by crushing disappointment!!
