well, let me see.
<IMG SRC="this is the address of the pic">
the <IMG SRC=" at the begining and the "> at the end are telling the boards that you want to post an image.
the this is the address of the pic is the address of the pic that you want to put there. if you right click on one of those attachment hot spots in a post and go down to properties, it will give the url address. you copy that, then paste it between the <IMG SRC=" and the ">

did you try typing your signature all one one line, without moving to the next line after the first sentance?

no, i didn't try and type it all on one line, but thats because i didnt want all of the text grouped together, i wanted different lines to have their own space....but i'll try it, thanks

It's pretty cool. One person types a word, the next person types another word associated with it. There's over 2200 replies. You can sit there all night and play with it, someone always responds pretty quickly.

Separate the sentances with those ~~ that you're using, but don't use the arrow key to move to the next line.

nah, already tried that *sigh* didnt work. what i really want is the text to start at the top just to the right of the pic, instead of starting on the bottom line of the pic. i know theres a way to do it, cause ive seen others do it, but right now its beyond me, lol. i just dont feel like thinking that hard right now.

well....i resized the candle pic...then when i tried to change it in my sig line it said i already posted that image and it takes me back to the original pic...even though i tried changing the name of the file...

now i have a busted box..lol and it won't add the original candle image...

maybe i'm c/pasting something wrong..i need a coffee! LOL

you tried renaming the pic on your comp after resizing it before making it a new attachment?

dont know why it wont let you do it then.
maybe if you went back to the original attachment and deleted it it would let you post a new one of it?

i tried deleting the post..it game me a nasty message..hehehe sounded like i was trying to hack someone's puter...

it's working now..the candle doesn't look like it is smaller though..i didn't notice the size "before" i resized it..oh well..i'm sure now that i have the hang of it i'll be changing it anyway...

no, actually i got it through aol instant messenger.
I've been using opposingbalance for years, and the ying yang has always been my buddy icon, lol.
i've always felt this strange pull to things spiritual, even though i have a hard time embracing organized religion.
i guess i gravitate towards ideas like karma, even though i tend to prefer the western religions.
