The Black and Green bars are gone.
Some Peanut Butter Cups, Lake Champlain disks and slim wafers.
I left enough light, so that the peanut allergic could see.
The Husband Ogre always forgets that they have to be sealed in cellophane,
to be safe for modern trick or treaters.
I'll leave them out and give the teens a chance.

Great sweet mixture there, TWB.
Since I was let down last year (w/ zero trick o' treaters per my thread) I loaded my mp3 player and went for a long bike ride to where all the action was. Saw so many cuties but way too many older kids, sup with that>? Then a group of Cubans (i presume) wearing regular clothes sans costumes with huge bags of candy. Then huge clouds came and it started raining right before their time was up. Which was cool with me despite being about a mile away because I think it should always be a bit cloudy and gloomy on Halloween

Towards the end of the night, I just leave the whole bowl on the porch and it inevitably just all disappears.

I gave out copies of "Liberty and Tyranny" to trick-or-treaters 14 and older, whole cantaloupes to the younger ones.
