I was inspired by an idea one of my friends told me bout, an rp about Mass Effect with only original characters, no canons, that is debatable though if anyone wish to be one of the characters in the games. At any rate, I want this rp to take place either, between ME 1 and ME 2 or after ME 2. It will be a story about a freelance mercenary who is trying to just survive in the galaxy.
And the group who gets the message to help him are a group of people on the planet who gets hired to save it from destruction.
That's what I have so far, it is not a 100% certain but it is a start.

Background: A male being i nthe galaxy trying to earn a living as a mercenary and bounty hunter, having earned a reputation for his skills. He has recently found himself in Omega and there heard about an ancient dreadnought sized space ship one of the ship traders, a Batarian, is trying to offer as payment for a delivery mission, but nobody wants it because of the suspicion of such a payment for a simple delivery mission. But seeing the use of a space ship for a freelancer like himself he decides to take on the mission, only to find out that it entails more then he thought. What originally looked like a plain and simple delivery mission turns out to be a bloody nightmare as he discovers that the cargo he is to deliver is an experimental bio chemical bomb, that can wipe out an entire planet's population and leave it uninhabitable for centuries.
At any rate, this is where the real trouble begins, he attempts to change the direction of the ship but it is locked onto the planet, which is heavily populated as well, and he cannot damage any parts of the ship as the doorways are not just locked down with firewalls but welded shut as well, not letting him reach the engines. He cannot send out a distress beacon either, any ship in the Terminus system would not help him for free ,and he had a hefty price on his head by the Shadow Broker after he sent information about him after the thing tried to sabotage one of his works, so he can do only one thing, he sends a message to the planet he is being transported towards, hoping that whoever gets the message will be able to help him without shooting him and the ship to bits.
