I’d like to start an SRP about a divorced dad living in a beach house north of San Francisco. He’s in his late 40’s and in good shape, partly because he’s an active surfer.
He sometimes “finds” young ladies on the beach and invites them to his house. Depending on how things go this could lead to just a dip in the hot tub and a beer, or it could turn into a few nights of hot sex, or something in between.
I’d like to run this SRP as a kind of continuing story. I’d like to invite ladies to join and RP for a time. When the sub-plot ends, a new sub-plot will start with a different lady(s).
Posters are asked to please post about medium size posts and write with some flair and originality.
Warning: because of my schedule I usually only have time to post about 1 or 2 times a week on average.
Erik’s character:
He’s 48, rather fit thanks to his modest home gym and lots of outdoor activities. Doesn’t seem to have trouble with the ladies. He has a few lady friends since the divorce, but nothing serous. He’s even slepped with a few girls he found on the beach that are about his daughter’s age. He and his former wife have been divorced for about 4 years. Both have moved on and have settled into there new lives. It was not a “bad” divorce as divorces go, but each seemed to start moving on other directions so they felt that the bond between them was slipping. They lived in the Midwest, but after the divorce, Erik moved back to the San Francisco bay area (where he was raised) and bought a nice little house on the beach in the town of Stinson’s Beach, about 10 miles north of the “city”. Erik is a web designer. He works at home about half the week and goes into the office in the city the rest of the week. Kelly, Erik’s daughter lives on the East Coast where she’s attending university. She sometimes calls her dad ‘retro dad’ because he’s still into old cars, the Beach Boys and surfing etc. Kelly and her daddy are still close, so that call once a week or so, and Kelly visits her dad for a time during the summer break.
IC:
Well…summer seems to be winding down and I wanted to take advantage of as much surfing as possible before winter sets in. The weather is nice and sunny and the surf is reasonable—nothing big, but ok.
I was wearing my wetsuit in the water, but once out of the water I would have to take it off because the sun is still hot. There were a number of other’s out in the surf, but it was not crowded. I waved to a few surfing neighbors whom I know, but most seemed to be “day trippers”.
