The Texas Film Commission subsidizes movies filmed in Texas using public tax dollars. The money is provided in the form of tax breaks and expensive services like closing down public roads are done for free. The Commission refused the movie Waco, saying it was too controversial. However they granted this public funding to Machete, which depicts illegal aliens killing white people in a violent race war.

where was this outrage a few years ago when " Grindhouse" came out and showed the trailer for Machete?

and somehow you're outraged over a movie which is a tribute to exploitation films..because it might be racist?
