Lacey was just your ordinary secretary for Mr. Jones. She had worked for Mr. Jones just shy of 2 months and she loved her job. She dressed in her business suits every day, almost never wearing the same one twice since Mr. Jones always had to go out for meetings and sometimes those meetings were out of town.

This one particular big meeting was just such a meeting and the only difference is that Lacey would be going with Mr. Jones. Their hotel rooms were next to each other and it would involve 3 days of intense meetings.

Standing at a small 5'2", Lacey always wore her dark red hair loose and her glasses were in place on the bridge of her nose. She was every bit the professional and she was sure that was what Mr. Jones always expected.

It had taken some planning this trip. Getting the clearance moving his schedule without his secretary's knowledge, but it was all in place. There were no meetings, he simply wanted her.

It had been wrong at first being married, but his wife had left him over the course of his time with Lacey. so much had happened in 2 months, but he knew he was right about this. About wanting her. He'd booked two separate rooms no matter what but he hoped she'd be spending most of the time in his.

"Lacey." he knocked outside her door, dressed in a staunch and pressed oxford suit. "Lacey? If you could open up I have both some fortunate and unfortunate news." That was a lie it had been premeditated. "Could I come in?"

Having just arrived in her room, Lacey had her shoes off and was unpacking, completely forgetting that she was unpacking her under garments. She stopped and quickly put her heels back on and made sure her hair was in order before answering the door. She had long ago shed her outter jacket and was in just her sleeveless silk top and her skirt.

She opened the door and saw Mr. Jones standing there, "Come in!" She said warmly. He really was a good boss to her. Never minded when she was only a few minutes late and she literally did everything for him. Aside from setting up meetings and making sure he at lunch. It was a good job.

"What's wrong Mr. Jones?" She asked in a slight panic when he said he had both good and bad news.

Mr. Jones took a stop mentally as he saw her standing there without her suit's constricting jacket top. She was much bustier than he'd originally suspected, and the smooth sleeveless silk top clung and conformed to her; accentuating the formerly hidden mysteries.

"There was a cancellation, and we don't have to attend today's meeting, It was forwarded directly to me through text, but I'm afraid I must not have received it until I turned my phone on here after the plane ride. So I was thinking that since I have wasted one of the days you were to accompany me, I'd make it up to you, perhaps lunch and a pair of shoes. I'm certain the island has some boutiques or designers you'd like to look at."

Again a ruse, he had reservations at a small private booth style restaurant nearby, and it was near a simply gorgeous selection of accessory and clothing stores. "I think that it is perhaps the least I can do, dragging you away to this unfamiliar place a day early, or possibly even at all. It appears that the merger might not be taking place, so I won't be needing to oversee a transfer or replacement. I am sorry."

He smiled at her and one more time fought against mentally undressing her, like always he won, but not before a button came off that shirt. "It would really mean a lot to your boss, If you'd come out and let him treat you, after two months of wonderful service?"

Blushing, Lacey smiled, "Mr. Jones, that's awfully nice of you! I would love some lunch but as for shoes, I just couldn't let you do that!" She said, a little excited that no work would be taking place and that she could at least try to get some rest from her jet-lag.

She quickly grabbed her suit jacket and her purse as her boss patiently waited for her. It was very nice of him to offer and she was almost half tempted to take him up on his offer of buying her a pair of shoes, but she didn't want to impose.

To Lacey, Mr. Jones would always be a wonderful boss. He was very tall and although he was slightly starting to go bald, he was still dignified no matter what. His business sense was something Lacey admired and she was learning all she could from him and it pleased her greatly that he was happy with her.

On the way to the restuarant, they both talked up a storm, although the talks mostly involved business, they were not at a lost for words. When they arrived at the small restuarant, Lacey was geniunely impressed with the place. It was secluded and very nice. Almost romantic if you will. They were shown to their table and Mr. Jones held out the chair for her and she took a seat.

He pushed her chair in slowly and like a gentleman hung up her jacket, once more straining to look her in the eye through the cute pair of glasses she wore.

"I find I like to start with a little white wine and perhaps a small appetizer. Calamari? Or oysters?" Mr. Jones placed the order for a smooth white wine and had the menus brought to the tiny alcove where they sat.

"I used to go to this restauraunt with my wife when we were dating, she's been gone some time if you remember, but I still find good memories in this place. Do you have someone in your life that I'm keeping you from Lacey?"

Lacey pushed her glasses up the bridge of her nose as she looked over the menu. Everything looked so good, she was at a lost on what to order. Her attention was momentarily averted when he asked her if he was keeping her from someone special.

She blushed slightly and shook her head, keeping her eyes on the menu, "Oh no, not at all." She giggled slightly and set down the menu, "I'm so busy making sure I have my career going that I don't have anyone I'm dating."

This lunch was like no other. They had many a lunch dates but they usually involved more people so it was just a little ackward with them being by themselves.

There were pictures of Mrs. Jones in his office and she was a beautiful woman. Of course Lacey never met her because Mr. Jones said she had passed some years back. It was quite a shame that Mr. Jones hadn't met anyone else since. He was a very handsome man and she was sure he would make some woman happy.

The waiter arrived and took their order, in which Lacey ordered more than she should've but she was starving. As they waited for their food, she took more than a few sips of her wine and could already feel the affects of the alcohol. "So, Mr. Jones," she started, when their conversation seemed to hit a lull, "How are you doing personally?" Lacey really wanted to know. He was a quiet person who deserved someone loving to share his life with.

No one. That was a perfect sign, and she answered so shyly, and demurely. There was hope that this wasn't a waste. Mr. Jones smiled and was then impressed by the food she ordered, he did love a girl with a healthy appetite. "its really a shame, a girl as pretty as you should have to beat the boys off with a stick." But he was glad she didn't.

Then she surprised him by asking him how he was doing. How was he doing, he was aging and taking his secretary on an expensive work vacation because he worked so often. "Well I spend so many hours at the office that I don't really go out much. Beyond the occasional drinks with the big bosses, and the lunch dates with you. Or golf meetings, I'm mostly just working and sleeping. " he smiled at his secretary. "This is the closest to a real fun outing I've done in almost two years I think. Are sure you don't want to go shopping for some shoes then after? It'd mean so much to me to go out and see what the young folk do."

The look in his eyes was so sincere to Lacey that she couldn't help but agree to his request for shopping, "Well, if it means that much to you, I don't see what the harm could be, thank you so much Mr. Jones." She said as she took another sip of wine from her second glass. Just then the food arrived.

After they ate, both Lacey and Mr. Jones seemed more relaxed with each other that they were joking and teasing each other. When the check was paid and both left the restuarant, Lacey's arm had been entwined with his as they walked along the street aligned with store after store.

All through the dinner he laughed and smiled. Mr Jones couldn't remember when he'd last had this much fun, or any for that matter. In fact he could hardly remember ever having more fun than with this vivacious and beautiful woman. As they left the restaurant she pressed close to him linking her arm in his as they walked to buy shoes.

His heart jumped when he felt her warm body press to his and he fought again the image of her undressing. Another button popped though.

"How about this one?" he stopped her to look at a full shoe store. "I think you'd look really good in those heels, if they were in a little more sensible height."

Lacey could see that she wasn't about to get out of him buying her some shoes so she let it happen. What was the harm? It was only a pair of shoes, right?

They entered the store and Lacey made it a point to find a pair of shoes that were inexpensive. She didn't want to be greedy about her gift but then again, she didn't want to seem like she was making it a point to avoid spending too much.

Mr. Jones was so patient and very kind about each pair Lacey tried on. It surprised her that she found a pair that they both liked. It was a pair of heels a little too sexy for work but it was too beautiful to pass up.

The strappy little black shoe she eventually picked was too pretty for words. With care he took the shoe from the sales person, and softly handled the thin heel before he slipped it onto her foot. "It fits perfectly." He was being a little daring and he knew it, but he was throwing caution to the wind as he let his fingers rest upon her calf. He looked up the smooth expanse of her leg to her thigh before looking down at the shoes again.

"These are perfect, charge them to this sir." He left a folded twenty in with the card. "And lose the receipt please."

He looked back to her as he took his feet and offered her a hand up. "After you wear those out on the town, I think that maybe you should get a new dress to go with them. I mean it's only fitting to finish a new outfit Lacey."

Lacey blushed and shook her head at him, "No Mr. Jones, I couldn't possible do that." It was true, Lacey felt like she had spent enough of his time making him wait for her as she tried on shoe after shoe, even though he insisted on it.

She sat next to him, more in his personal space, as the salesman boxed up the purchase, "I am grateful Mr. Jones but a dress is going too far. Besides, we have a lot to get ready for tomorrow right?"

He waved off her protests politely. "No, Lacey." And his voice took a more commanding timbre to it for a quick second. "I insist." He smiled and all traces of aggression were gone. "It's the very least I could do for you after all. And I think you'll look just perfect when we go to dinner on the last night." He looked up at her and In his mind the mental image of her had it's skirt ride up inches, and slit dangerously up her thigh. He wanted her so badly.

" You will be escorting me won't you? I shouldn't have to show up alone to an important function."

With a deep sigh and smile on her lips, Lacey pushed her glasses up and nodded, "Alright Mr. Jones. If you insist. But, I will not take the dress unless you let me get you something very nice in return? Perhaps a new tie?" It was a small offer but still she didn't feel right about taking the dress unless he agreed.

When she saw him nod, Lacey squealed in delight. She had no idea of his intentions and felt that he only wanted the best for her. "Great, and yes, of course I will escort you. I'm sure it'll be a lot of fun for the both of us!"

As they made their way to the dress department, Lacey was talking to Mr. Jones about all the possibilities about the company and just anything to impress him that she was very happy he had hired her and that she did indeed pay attention to his dealings.

Mr. Jones watched her squeal, and watched even closer the tiny jump of joy she did. It did amazing things to her body, it truly did. As she moved he felt her come closer to him, her arm wrapping around his, and her hand soft and warm in his. She was telling him about the opportunities of her work, about the deal he'd made with Kishimoto corporation, and the homeless shelter he'd approved and commissioned plans for.

"You know Lacey I don't think I've ever seen a young woman as entranced by our business as you. Most of my previous secretaries were far more interested in their facebook status or which mail room clerk had a bigger package for them. And you seem genuinely interested in the dealings of some old man like myself." He marveled at her. "I hope you're not trying to manipulate the old man, with false modesty, As I'm about willing to charge half this department to my card all on filling your closet, and you've yet to whisper in my ear."

He sat down as they entered a small mirrored alcove with a fashion gallery, behind the central mirror was a long dressing room, with innumerable hooks. "We can select from the books here and they'll bring us your dresses." As he sat he took her hand in his and looked up at her. "But I don't think I've met a more sincere young woman since my Wife."

She patted Mr. Jones' hand, "That's such a sweet thing to say Mr. Jones and I'm very flattered. I'm so sorry that you lost your wife at such prime time in both your lives. From what I can see is that you would've both been so happy still. A man like you doesn't deserve to be alone." She told him very sincerely.

He touched her hand and gave her the slightest of kisses on her forehead. Cradling her soft hair, as he softly pulled her towards him. His eyes were slightly misty, and when he spoke it wasn't with the confident and practiced speech he used. It was slightly cracked. "Thank you Lacey. I don't know how I managed without you. I think." He swallowed and cleared his throat as he suddenly realized how compromising his position was. In a private boutique, with a young secretary taking an unapproved vacation from his work, watching her try on dresses. He let her hand go dropping it from his grip.

"Perhaps." He stopped and cleared his throat one more time as he stood up. "Perhaps you're right young miss. Perhaps I shouldn't be alone, but I'm not sure that I'm supposed to betray her spirit like that, Nor am I sure that I should be here buying you a fancy dress. Perhaps I should go unescorted to that function anyway." He smiled a little hollowly at her. "Though I'm certain that I'll make a complete mess of the evening without you there to remind the old man of all the guests names."

Lacey shook her head, she didn't mean to imply anything like that. Standing and looking at Mr. Jones, she took his hands into hers, "No, I would love nothing more than to accompany you. If anything, I don't know if there's anything more I can do for you after all you've done for me. You've given me a job and had faith in me. You made me feel so important at my job that I would do anything for you!"

"No, I would love nothing more than to accompany you. If anything, I don't know if there's anything more I can do for you after all you've done for me. You've given me a job and had faith in me. You made me feel so important at my job that I would do anything for you!"

Anything.

The word hit him like like a freight train, and the mental image of her in that new dress he was looking at, just lost both the shoulder straps and fell down unveiling her in half her glory. High and firm, proud, young breasts, much more than a handful, and doing an appreciable job of impersonating melons. It was all he could do to not pant at her. His welling sadness fell away from him.

"Then thank you, I can't."

He was interrupted then by a sales clerk, a charming older woman, holding something decidedly lacy.

"That dress doesn't have a lot of back to it, and some of the lines, can look a little strange, and my dear you're far too blessed to be going bra-less, so I found this thing, it's a little racy, but it provides a lot of support to a young woman like you, and it's a push up without those nasty wires." She smiled. "it would look ravishing and I think it's just the right kind fo naughty for a sweet may-october kind of couple like you two."

Lacey couldn't help but blush as she took the under garments from the sales clerk. She looked back at Mr. Jones and quickly gave him a friendly kiss on the cheek. "I will be back in a few minutes," she said quietly as she went to the dressing room to change again.

As she dressed, Lacey couldn't help but feel for Mr. Jones. He was very sweet and very business minded. He never asked her to do anything out of the ordinary and she admired him for that. He did seem a bit lonely and she did wish she could help him find another love to share his life with. He was too much of a sweet dear man to stay alone.

When she was finish dressing, Lacey stepped out of the dressing room and modeled the dress for Mr. Jones. She saw the smile on his face, "I'm pleased you like it. I must say, it's very nice, although there isn't much room to breathe," she teased him.
