Well here we go!!! The beggining of the long awaited Crystal Order thread. And the even more exciting part, if this goes well there will be a Crystal Order part 2!!! So let's have some fun!!! Just remember my three rules:
No one liners, No godmodding, ad No putting pudding in gas tanks!!! Cars do not run on pudding!!!

The Summons (Mitsukai)

Mitsukai slid calmly through the dawn light dashing across rooftops. Just hours earlier she had been far to ill to do anything like this but now she felt supercharged. Hanging from her throat was a small crystal of obsidian. She stopped at the edge of a building and held it up. Gaurdian of Destiny form awaken! she said mentally. The crystal floated out of her hands and flashed forming a broadsword. Mitsu jumped her hand curling around the handle.

The moment her hand touched the handle black and rainbow light circled her. Wheb it subsided she had taken on her Gaurdian form. Her black hair waved in the breeze and she pulled on the ribbon wrapped around the cloth covering her broadsword. It flashed through the air as the cloth crumpled to the ground. The ribbon hovered in the air around the blade. The blade of her sword was pure obsidian and glew in the low light. As the sun peeked over the horizon she held the blade up allowing the light to flow through the blade causing an aurora borialis effect. She wasn't worried about attracting unwanted attention. Only Gaurdians could see it. Her work was done. She had sent up the summons. All she had to do now was wait for the other gaurdians.

The Summons (Kiromi)

Kiromi walked calmly through the streets her black hair swaying slightly. She stopped beside a black Porsche and smirked. She placed her hand on the door and let a bit of electricity flow through it's wiring. She had effectively shorted both the security and tracking systems. The door popped open and she climbed in. She settled in behind the wheel. She places the tip of her finger on the igntion and zapped the car started. She smiled to herself and drove off. She rode for hours until she reached a cliffside. She climbed out of the car looking at the small vacant manor from under her dark shades. She began her liesurely ascent up the cliffside.

Upon reaching the top she quickly picked the lock to the front door. The place was fully furnished and everything seemed to still be opperational. She smiled as she walked towards the stairs. She climbed a few flights of stairs onto the second floor. She wandered a bit examining the four bedrooms. She smiled again as she looked put the window. The sun was setting. She strolled the last flight of stairs coming to a stop at the roof. She slid out of the window and stood in the middle of the roof. She unsnapped the gold bracelet on her wrist and tossed it in the air. Gaurdian of Chaos form flow! The bracelet split in two turning into glowing metal rings. She held her hands palm up towards then and gold light and electricity crackled over her and absorbed into her flesh. She smiled as the rings landed in her palms.

As the blush of dusk settled over the sky she held the rings together and pushed a burst of electricity through them. A burst of gold an pale blue lightning streaked through the air. She smiled as she lowered the bands and it started to pour rain. Her job was finished. The summon had been sent. The Gaurdians of Chaos would soon arrive. And then their reign over the pitiful souls of humanity could begin.

Aoi wakes up from her slumber seeing no wounds on her body. She notices a fireman sitting next to her crying. She wanted to say something but she could not think of anything that would fit the situation. She looked around and saw her purse, half burnt.

The fireman notices she is up and begins telling her what he thinks happen. Her eyes open wide but no tears come out of eyes instead a smile appears on her face like it was nothing. She was a survivor of one of the biggest fires in history. All that was left to give any identification was her cosplay ID card, Aoi Akira. She got off the bed and notices a girl laying on the bed as the fireman took his leave. She walked up to the girl and sat in the chair next to her.Her face said it all, this was no hospital. She walked out the room and headed towards what looked like an exit. All she could think of was a gigantic explosion of fire coming out of her body like a nuclear explosion. She could not imagine the possibilities of any surviving but she was in full health. She found herself in a city not to far from her home as flames began to form on her hand.It did not hurt and there was no pain just excitement and happiness was shown.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Asuka found herself in a room with no way of excape. She was completely terrified and had no idea what could happen. The room quickly filled up with water as she started banging on the door.

"Let me out please let me out.I promise I will do anything you say. Please just let me out"she pleaded as she continued to bang on the door. She bangs harder and harder as she yelled out of the top of her lungs.Slowly the water filled the room as she became more terrified.Waves began to appear inside hitting the door at full force. The waves continued to pass through her as if she was not in her way,she was very confused as the door was destroyed by the crashing waves.A small dragon like creature appeared out of the water and carried her off.She looked down in fear and tried to move but she her body did not respond. The dragon made a path of destruction as she rode her way out

Bran awoke from his strange dream in a start, his eyes flashing open. There had been something at the very end of his dream, felt and yet unfelt-an almost pain that seemed to penetrate into his core. His hands patted along his body, grasping at his stomach, half-expecting to find some injury there, but it had never happened. What he did feel was something he did expect-a thin band of platinum along the second finger of his right hand. He studied it for a moment-he was certain he'd never owned such a thing. And yet, he had no desire to remove it from his finger in order to look at it further. It simply belonged, and he realized it.

As he pulled himself out of bed, he noticed his winnings from the previous night on his bedside table, strewn out carelessly as they were meant to be seen, not saved. For some reason, this did not bring the pleasure it should have. He realized his heart was bent toward darker desires than mere gambling for money. The stakes seemed meaningless-the true game was in life, and death. Those were stakes worth wagering. His eyes caught his reflection in the mirrior, and to his shock, a spear seemed to materialize in his grip, with a long pointed head. He looked down at it-it was silvery, luminescent, and it seemed to glow. And yet, it was insubstatial-you could almost see through it.

He opened his hand, and it disappeared. And then, concentrating, he was able to make the weapon return. Not real, and yet real. A weapon of the spirit-one he could summon. He tested the sharpness of the point with a finger from his left hand, and it drew blood-a trickle that ran down his hand into his palm. He had barely felt the pain at all. He wondered if he could create others. And then, with a sudden creak, the door from his bathroom opened, and a girl stepped out. Yes...the girl he'd brought home last night. Maria. She was wearing a towel, and she was staring at the weapon in his hands, her eyes tremulous. "Bran?" she asked hesistantly. With a quick rush, he was at her side, and her impulse to scream was cut off as his hand clamped over his mouth.

His first thought was to kill her, but his contact with her caused an impulse within him. He answered it, and his essence seemed to seep into her, through the contact of his hand on her mouth. His soul bumped against hers, twisting it, corrupting it, and he smiled a wickedly pleased grin as he imparted a command. Forget what you have seen, and leave. More commands to follow. Then he sent her on her way-she was a ticking time bomb unleashed upon...what, he was not yet sure. He quickly got dressed and went outside, dissipating his spear as he did.

Then he felt it. Something distant. Calling to him-calling to that darker part of him. He shifted, feeling his hair color change and his body grow, in response to the calling. "I am coming," he said, to no one in particular. "I go."

Airi didn't want to move, she didn't want to see what she had done. But she couldn't stay where she was. The wind was howling, a howling that actully startled her. She slowly opened up her eyes, she saw nothing. Sitting up she didn't see the man, had it been a dream? she didn't know what it was. It scared her a bit, but she was seduced by the feel. Slowly standing up she fixed her black dress. She sighed a bit and noticed her shoe on the ground, but the heel was on the shoe. She had no idea what the hell was going on, her heart was racing. Airi closed her eyes, when she did that, she had some kind of vision. She could see herself dancing, she was having a great time. Dancing, drinking she was happy.

But it all changed, when she left she was being followed. She couldn't see his face. But he was a big guy, about 6'2. He was muscular and it started to make her uncomfortable. She walked quickly, but not fast enough. Airi didn't want to move, she didn't want to see what she had done. But she couldn't stay where she was. She had no idea what the hell was going on, her heart was racing.

And before she knew it, she was on the ground and that is what snapped her back to reality. This feeling. What was it? It was a powerful energy, everything around her went dark. She was still on the street, and as she walked. It seemed like she wasn't getting any place. Airi knew that this wasn't right. She stopped walking, she looked down at the ground and saw something liquefied on the ground. She knelt down and placed her hand in it, but when she did that, everything changed.

Her head began to ache like a bad migraine, she held her head as the pounding kept going on. Her heart was fluttering, she didn't like the way it was fluttering. But soon she began to enjoy what was happening. She kept walking, the pain in her head was gone. It came and went. She didn't think much of it, she didn't know what to do. So she just kept walking. The wind howling, the wind whipping her hair around. She tied up her long black jacket and pulled it up to her. Airi didn't want to move, she didn't want to see what she had done. But she couldn't stay where she was. The wind was howling, a howling that actully startled her. She slowly opened up her eyes, she saw nothing. Airi was out of the darkness, she heard whispers. It was the sound of children, it was hard to explain. Something in her told her to run, to follow it and she did.

None of it made any sense, but Timon knew it had a purpose. Looking down at his hand, he saw the emerald he grabbed in his dream. But it wasn't just a dream, was it? What had happened? Was he chosen? If so, by whom?

None of it made any sense.

Of course he could bring it to the station, but who would believe him? They would probably assume he stole during on of his drunken binges again. Yeah, that would sink his career faster than any bottle of Jack Daniels could!

The strangest part of it was he didn't even have a hangover. Normally he'd wake up the next morning with a doozy of a headache, but this morning he felt just fine... better than fine! It was like he was a new man!

Then he remembered the blade.

In thinking about that sword, it started to fade in around the the green jewel. Maybe the dream was still going on and he was still lying down in a drunken stupor... no. This was too real to be any dream, and a little extra focus solidified the clear green blade in his hand.

Something in the back of his mind suggested he look out the window. An aurora? With the sun coming out?? It seemed to beckon to him.

Not wanting to take any chances he checked his gun, got into his car and headed to what seemes the source of the light.

Yesterday had been rather strange, Alan couldn't quite put his finger on why, the trains had been canceled, he found five dollars on the street, he couldn't remember how he got home oh yeah, and he almost died and proceeded to hallucinate about a weird scythe which may have been real. yes, that's what made yesterday strange, the near death and hallucination, why wasn't that the first thing he thought of? Didn't matter in the long run, today was a different day, and Alan didn't quite care if it was real, though the cut on his palm still itched.

Alan turned off the shower, standing there as the water slowly dripped away from him and fell loudly to the floor below, he knew it was a hallucination, that kind of stuff didn't happen, and he got cuts and scrapes all the time without noticing when he went out drinking. He sighed and stepped out on to the bathmat, the sound of water hitting the floor disappearing and leaving him in total silence. He grabbed the nearby towel and quickly dried himself off, wrapping it around his waist when he was done, he didn't really have anywhere to be, he'd get dressed later, right now he was hungry.

He headed for the kitchen and put the kettle on, then set about making a sandwich, but couldn't help but take a look out his kitchen window, the roads looked so clear, normally the roads would be flooded with people trying to get to work at this time of the morning, it kind made him want to go jump on his motorcycle and drive around just for the hell of it, drive out of the city, find a winding road and just enjoy the wind in his hair, that was just what he needed. He turned from the kitchen, ignoring the boiling kettle and half made sandwich and leaving to get dressed.

A few minutes later, Alan was out of his apartment, clad in dark blue jeans, a black leather jacket with matching gloves and a pair of rather retro goggles that wouldn't look out of place on a world war two fighter pilot, and straddling a pale gray motorcycle with scratches all down its left side. "My very own pale horse" he muttered with a smirk as he slipped his goggles down over his eyes and fired up the engine, still not a car in sight, fantastic.

The hair whipped through Alan's hair as he raced through the streets, still barely seing any cars along the waynormaly it took almost an hour to get out of civilization, but today he was out of the city and heading to god knows where within half that. He slowed for a moment as he thought on that, where was he going? He didn't have anywhere to go, he didn't have anything to do, he had just found himself coming this way on instinct, strange.

He shrugged the thought away and went back to kicking at the accelerator like it had stolen his girlfriend and given him a copy of the video, he didn't know why he was here, but he didn't care either, he had a deserted stretch of road and liked to go fast, so thats exactly what he did, hurtling around corners at quite irresponsible speeds, delighting in the feeling of the wind whipping against his face, his open leather jacket billowing behind him like a cape, it was for this that he threw so much money in to getting a bike.

After a while his fuel was getting low, and he started thinking about turning back, He stopped at a turn and tried to remember if he went past any service stations while he was roaring along. He killed the engine and stepped off the bike, he loved to ride, but after a while it got mighty uncomfortable. He pulled his goggle up and looked around at the view, he could see a cliff face not to far away, it looked like there was a mansion or something at its top, he might take a look later.

He went to take one last look at the mansion up above before going back to his bike, but before he turned away he saw a bolt of lighting arc upwards in to the sky somehow, upwards, lightening doesnt normally go up, allot of things had been hapening to him lately that weren't 'normal' though, so he was ready to just go with it, then the sky darkened and rumbled, storm clouds streched out above him and he felt the first lone drops of rain falling on his face.

"Well fuck..." he said to himself as he pulled his goggles back down and jumped back on his bike "there goes my smile"

Bran had abandoned his stolen vehicle well shy of the entrance to the manor, electing to proceed onward by foot. Such precautions were theoretically unnecessary, since the others were at least nominally his allies. But then again, suspicion and betrayal were always dangers amongst the Guardians of Chaos, it was part of their nature. Best not to draw too much attention by driving all the way to the top of the cliff, just in case someone thought to trap him prematurely. He could hide very well in the dark, and the gray clouds and vicious rain only made easier to conceal his approac. The damp certainly didn't bother him-he was very stoically unaffected by the rain itself, as if his body refused to acknowledge the power of the elements.

A distant part of Bran wondered exactly where this knowledge was coming from. He knew aspects of the other guardians, and he knew that the summons had originated from the apex of this cliff, despite having not seen it. He could simply feel it, as if there was still a beacon blazing a path, pointing him toward where he needed to go. His dark hair lay wetly against his cheeks as this uncertainty froze him for but an instant. But then such questions were quashed, as he knew the answers were now a part of what he was, who he was becoming. And his maleficent objective lay ahead of him.

It was tough walking, the great distance to the top of the cliff, but he also did not tire very easily. He was barely short of breath at all when the manor house came to his sight. It had the feel of being unoccupied, though it certainly appeared to have been maintained. And the presence of another abandoned car out front spoke to the presence of at least one of the others. Naturally, at least the one who had sent the summons, though perhaps some of the others had arrived. If they had been there long, they could have already begun plotting against him. Unlikely, but he was far too manipulative to fail to see such traits in others, especially those most like him. He summoned his spear to his hand, and slipped around to the side door, opting to enter there. A clever assailant would enter through the windows, of course, but that's also exactly where someone clever would place a trap for a clever assailant.

He charged through the side door, spear whirling in his grasp, to find himself in an empty room. A room with the lights on. His spear had started whirling, but it seemed no trap awaited him here. And no alarm sounded. His suspicions may have been premature. "I have arrived," he announced. He ascended to the top floor, where he found Kiromi waiting for him.

"So it has begun." He smiled. This was going to be fun.

Asuka ended up near the highway with what seemed like a small kitsune wrapped around her neck. She was content with having such a loyal companion by her side but feared the worst that could happen. All she could do was walk along the highway hoping to find shelter.

"just where am I?" she questioned walking about heading west on the road. She needed new clothes but felt no inch of dampness
