-A Boy in all black coming out of his house blares his head phones as he walks the path to school he Noticed the Usaul Popular Kids Mocking him laughing why because he was not social or very little what made it funny was he helped and saved and did things with out being told people found this funny why help when they wont talk back to him how ever there were people who appreciated it as he walked in to the hallways he noticed the school seemed brighter maybe to bright-

Jessie Milton leaned against her car as her friends gathered around,talking about the football game coming up. She pushed her long black hair over her shoulders and caught sight of the odd guy. She nudged her blonde friend and pointed at him. The giggles began and she pushed off of her car walking towards him. Her body moving gracefully,her eyes dancing brightly.

"Hi there.'She said happily as she stopped in front of him,making him stop. "Umm...If i was to ask you to go to the game with me Friday,would you?"She asked him loudly enough for those around them to hear.

She watched his expression and him shift nervously,she let out a loud laugh and shook her head. "I cant believe you thought i was serious."She said laughing. "I would have to be desperate to ask you out."

She turned and walked away from him,her concious told her that was cruel but she shook it off. She had not worked her ass off to get popular for nothing. She dated the star football player,even if he was a dick and a bit abusive. He was still pressuring her to sleep with him. She got back to her girlfriends and linked arms with the blonde as they walked into the school. She gave the boy one last quick look and vanished inside the school.

Jessie squealed as arms lifted her and pinned her to a muscular body. Her boyfriend jake held her a bit too tight. "Jake,damnit. Let me go."She hissed at him as he made sure she felt every inch of his body as he lowered her down."Listen this weekend my folks are gone,im gonna throw a party."he told her and those around them.

Leaning close to her ear he whispered. "You will be staying with me this weekend,tell you folks your with Tiffany. Plus invite the creepy guy you was messing with outside."He laughed in her ear before biting the lobe painfully. She couldnt begin to count how many times he had left a bruise or scrape on her body.

-its true he wasnt invited to anything would he even want to go if he did go to a party he was made fun of and he just did what he always did go through the party drinking and finding a place to sit and people make fun of him he liked to do other things like studying the myths and legends of life and other things he read wiccan books and magic books and things that would make your skin crawl he also wrote poetry he is a happy kid he does as he pleases dosnt really get in trouble keeps to him self and helps who he can after a few classes one of the bullies was pickign on a smaller 9th grader he bashed the kid against the locker and he got pissed the kids name was Max the bully of brutality could leave a mark on a brick wall as the 9th grader was about to get a punch the odd kid Ran up and grabed Max by the shirt and spinning him fast hit him to the locker as he whaled on him till he tumbled and ran for it the 9th grader ran as he stood there by him self he wondered one thing-"All this time im starting to know why i was put in a adoption home why i now live alone why my mom and dad said they didnt want me its because she named me Jynx cause i was a mistake and the result of a broken condom"-he said kicking the locker as he slowly waked to the lunch room and slowly he made his way to get something to eat-

Jessie watched Jynx mmove towards the cafeteria and grabbed her books,she caught up with him and grabbed his arm. "Hey Jake is having a party after the game Friday..he wants you to come."She said to him.

She didnt wait for his answer and moved off to find a table,sitting down she rubbed the ear Jake had bit. She was really getting tired of his brutal touches but knew if she dumped him she would fall from her popular group.

She opened her psych book and tried to study for the test she had forgotten. She looked up as Jake and the others joined her. He reached over and wrapped his hand in her hair and yanked her head back for a deep painful kiss. Jessie broke away and glared at him.

"Damn jake why do you have to be so rough."She said to him as the others watched waiting for another argument that wouldnt come this time. She slammed her book shut and stood up leaving the table. "Ill see you all after class.'She said walking off leaving her foood behind.

-he was invited to a party sure he would go but lets see what happen School was over and it was time to walk home one the way he saw two men in masks Grab a girl from her car in th edriveway dragging her in to her house as he called 911 and about the event he ran inside and saw what was going on he grabed a bat from the door way and beat the two men with it before he could say anythign the police showed up and he ran out the back getting to his house and walked in side as he did his study then shower then internet thing he thought about this he would go along with it he just hoped he would not regret it-

Jessie walked to her car and tossed her books in the back seat. She was starting to open her door when jake wrapped his arms around her from behind. He ground his lower body into her back and nuzzled her neck. "Ya know babe,this weekend is going to be a big turning point in our relationship."he said in her ear as he nibbled on her neck.

"jake,stop. i told you I was not going to sleep with you until I was ready."She said pushing him back and sliding into her car. He stood there glaring at her. "I know what ya said.'And he walked away.

Jessie startedher car and drove home all the way thinking about how rough Jake was becoming. She knew he was getting tired of her putting him off,well she would just have to end it this weekend.

-the party Came as Friday afternoon felt cool and calming as Jynx looked around his room after showering and got dressed in all black but they were a black Punk shirt with a vest over it and black trapt Pants his Stomper boots worn on special occasion as he styled his blonde hair to a part style in the middle and looked in the mirror he smelled good he felt good and tonight hopefully it be diffrent as he had enough of this hopefully he would make a impression one with acctual convosation not likely though as he walked to the party-

Jessie arrived at Jake's house and walked on in. She had wore her black clingy sundress with tiny straps. Her hair was pulled up ontop of her head in a loose messy knot. She hardly woremakeup except for lipstick. She looked around all the people trying to find Jake. She found him standing a bit too close to Tiffany.

She pushed her way through the crowd and stepped between the two. "Gee,you two look cozy. Ya got something going on I need to know about?"She asked them with a hiss.

Jake looked down at her and then at Tiffany,he took Jessie by the arm tightly pulling her across the room. He took them both into a small room that could serve as a library and gave her a little shove. "Listen I dont have to answer shit questions like that. I have to keep things open if I need to find more ...umm...cooperative female company."he said with a sneer at her.

Jessie couldnt believe what she was hearing he was looking for a replacement for her if she didnt put out for him. "Jake,You are an asshole. I knew there was a reason I wouldnt sleep with you. Your a dick.I guess then you can go back to her,we are done."Jessie said as she went to push by him.

His hand wrapped around her upper arm and yanked her backwards. She stumbled and fell into his bod,his hand squeezed painfully around her forearm. She bit back a cry and tried to pull free. "Let me go,your hurting me."She whispered to him suddenly very afraid.

She cied out loudly hoping someone heard her.

She swung her hand hitting his cheek and his grunt of pain sounded good to her ears. It was short lived as his hands lifted her by the shoulders and threw her on the couch. Jessie couldnt believe it when Jynx burst in and gave Jake a beat down,but the look he gave her made her shrink back as he turned and left. She got her hand free and pulled the jacket around her body tightly. She found a cloth and held it against her split lip as she quickly followed him.

He had already made it down the street in no time. "Jynx...Please wait.'She called out as best as she could with her swollen lip. She finally caught up with him and put her hand out to grab his arm.

"Jynx,Please stop. I...Umm..thank you. He was trying to..to..'She couldnt say the word and felt the tears slide down her cheeks. "I broke up with him and he went mad."She whispered to him. She wasnt sure if he was listening or not.

"I will return your jacket tomorrow. I just wanted to thank you."She said as she stopped and turned to walk off in the opposite direction. She couldnt go home yet and didnt want to go back to the party.

She didnt know if he had continued to walk or not as she entered the park and sat down on a bench. She lifted her fingers up to touch theswollen lip and the knot on her cheek. She was going to look like shit tomorrow. Maybe she would ditch school for the first time.

-he followed her quietly as he sat quietly behind a tree by a bench she was on and watched her was she truely sorry he would find otu soon as he got up and walked to her and said-"hey Jessie you wanna talk"-he said as he looked to her-

Jessie jumped when he appeared beside her and then nodded. She scooted overto make room for him. She felt bad for how she had treated him and now she didnt know what to say to him.

"Jynx..I'm sorry for how I treated you. I..guess I didnt want my group to see anything else." She whispered softly wiping at the slowly stopping blood from her lip. She turned her head and looked at him. Up close he was a cutie. His eyes caught her attention. They were gorgeous. She felt herself blush and looked away.

-hie eyes as silver and cold as they were were warm and welcoming to th epeople who knew him his pail blond hair gently blew in the wind-"Its ok its what i been used to besides i couldnt blame you the world wans to be popular but popular is in the eyes of the beholder besides no popular person will ever rescue there friend unless its benefical to them"-he as he looked to her-"I forgive you jessie"

Jessie looked over at him and tried to give him a smile. "Thank you,I really dont deserve it with how rotten I treated you. Your right none of my so called friends even tried to help me tonight. If you hadnt come along Jake would have..he would have.."She couldnt say the words and felt her eyes fill with tears.

-he looked to her-Its ok let me walk you home and you rest up tonight ok"-he said-

Jessie shook her head and looked at him. "I dont want to go home yet. My folks will still be up and ask too many questions.'She said softly as she stood. 'you can go on if ya want,I will be ok."She said hugging the coat tighter around her body in the nighttime wind.

-he looked to her-"Call your parents'-he said handing her the phone-"Explain your sleeping over a friends house i will house you"-he said-

Jessie called her parents and told them she was going to Chrissies house for the night,they wouldnt check because Chrissie was an angel in their eyes. She ended the call and looked at him. "I dont want to be any trouble. You dont have to do this ya know. You could just tell me to get lost,I deserve that ya know.

-he stared her in the eyes-"I could also call you every filthy name in the book but i wont im not like that now come on im sure you must have extra clothes some where right"-he said as he looked her in the eyes why wouldnt he punish her he was way to nice for his own good-

Jessie looked at him and nodded. "We can go back and get my car,I have extra clothes in the trunk.'She said as she started back towards Jakes house. The party was going full blast and nnone noticed when they got her car and drove off."You will have to give me directions."She said as she shifted the car into gear and watched Jakes house fade in the mirror. "he is such an asshole."She whisperedunder her breath.

-he guided her to his hous ehis parents were never home he lived alone through the towns security money he got sent every week as he open the door for her it was nice for what his parents left him furnisher in every room and so forth he took his shoes off at the door-"the guest room is up stairs i'll show you around"-he said as he waited for he rot get her clothes-

Jessie grabbed her over night bag and followed him up to the guest room. She sat down on the bed when he left and finally let her tears fall. She cried silently as she tried to figure out how she had become such a bad and mean person. She had never been that way until her family had moved her.

She pulled the coat Jynx had loaned her off and pulled a long tee shirt from her bag. Sliding it over her body she felt a little better. She stood and went to look in the mirror and was shocked at how bad her face looked. Her lip wassplit and swollen,her cheek had a nice goose egg and bruise. Her parents were going to hit the roof when they saw her tomorrow.

-he got a ice pack ready he had showen her the rooms the living room dining room kitchen and patio on the first floor with apool in the back and up stairs a bathroom the guest room his room and a Study-

jessie left the room carrying his coat and moved slowly down to the living room,she found him there. She held his coat out."Here..thanks for letting me wear it."She said softly as she sat on the couch and curled her legs up under her. She still felt like a heel for being mean to him.

:Jynx,do you live here alone?"She asked him when she saw no sign of his parents or remember him mentioning them to her.

-he looked to her sitting down-"yeah thats because i was a mistake i was abandoned an when i was dependent and th eorphanage gave me up they decided to give me my parents old house in request from them syaing they rather me live in ahome now since im older the town pays for everythign i ge tmoney for food and clothes i have been misserable my whole liek i learn to deal with it"
