Beastiality
Does anyone know the rules of the road about beastiality? That is. can our host's server be shut down because it hosts discussion of the topic. Does anyone know the laws regarding actual performance of acts of beastiality state-by-state (US), or country-by-country? What are the laws about beastiality pornography? Can you be arrested simply for "thinking" about it?
Obviously, I being somewhat facetious but I don't know the rules of the road and I'm not curious enough to spend months finding out. Therefore, I'm hoping someone out there has an answer.
Depending on the answer, I have some thoughts.

I know that several groups on flickr have been shut down just for mentioning it. Having pics is illegal, I think.
I know there are sites devoted to it, but they're probably based outside the US, because otherwise I don't think they'd last long.

My personal opinion is even if beastiality (bestiality) it is not illegal in certain states.there are other ways of arresting an individual. This type of behavior clearly fits the criterion of cruelty to animals so any individual partaking in this act is commiting a crime....
