I started this Temporary Job back in September 1975.

I had to quit for a couple of weeks or it would have been since June 1973.

Why does one quit being a pimp? Did you find religion for a bit?

LOL!

You are a funny man!:D

Actually more than one woman mention I'd be good at that dark side of life.

No, they would not let me transfer from one division to another.

Life isn't fair and shit happens.

When you are fgarvb1...it gets deep.

Time keeps on slipping into the future...

So I wasted a few electronics courses.

i can't read, but i can laugh at myself. three years. seriously.

My wife totally doesn't understand how I can work at one place for that long.

Her record is about three years more or less.

I just don't like to quit.

( I get like five weeks of paid vacation! several paid holidays, at least a half assed good 401K)

most places i've worked the people that have been their the longest are the ones that should've been fired years ago. they're almost invariably lazy and frightened of change.

also, they whine a lot about dumb shit.

Then there is people like me, I might gripe but they trust me to do my job with out constant supervision and make decisions with the company benefit at the forefront.

Considering responsibility I have and the money I spend for them each year I must be trustworthy.

Hold on...Googling...got it. Employment. Hmmm.

I'm going to have to Wiki this one. Don't go away.

20 years then the big guys up in corprit shut our store down even though we where making more money than some of the big stores. But thats Sears for ya.

I have loved every job I've ever had; all 64 of them in the last 14 years.

My salary has increased steadily, my bosses have, increasingly, become less repulsive to suck off, and, at this moment, all is right in my world.

I just had my 18th anniversary at my current company. I stay for the same reasons as many, lots of paid vacation, holidays off, and a decent 401(k).

I'm on vacation now as it happens, flying out to Anchorage tomorrow for a week.

I admire all people who have stayed in a position of employment for more than 5years! I have only managed 11 months :(
