Hey all! This is my first attempt at an original multiplayer thread, so please be patient with me, but I think this will be a verrrry good story so feel free to join after posting a character here! When I have at least six people I'll start it up. ((Feel free to do multiple characters!

Story: This is in a fantasy time line technology isn't really that advanced, but some things, like modern plumbing exist, so modern bathing stuff among other things exist. The place is a highly prestiegious school of the magic arts for men and women. In this world there are two kinds of magic users, natural users, which is just slightly less rare than a person who a different colored iris in each eye, and then daemonic summoners. Summoners can be anyone with a lot of money, as the reagents and training for this art is quite costly.
Further, summoners generally have four classes they stick to: imps, velarii, dijinni, and beorc. Each class is more powerful than the last and obviously there are variations within each class, but no matter what, no imp can defeat a velarii, no velarii can defeat a dijinni, and so forth. Within the velarii and dijinni are succubae and incubae daemons, again depending on their class they can have more or less powerful abilities. ((since I know for an srp those will be important races
))
Each class (although there are different types within the classes) have major specialties that they will excel in. Imps are primarily good for short-time distance fortune telling and spying, velarii specialize in protection, many are able to use telekinesis and excel at setting magical traps, Dijinni are mostly shape-shifters and human esque appearences. Almost every one of them are spell users but the occasional one drifts into combat with special weapons and fighting styles; finally beorc specialize in brute force. They are able to cast spells and are the biggest physically of any daemon. Only summonable by highly skilled summoners, they can do anything a lower daemon can do but with the power vastly out doing any lower class.
I haven't thought of an actual plot for this yet, so as people put in characters they can shape the story as they like. Please don't assume your ideas are accepted as I will declare the final verdict!
Now, last thing I guess I should say is how to make a character on here, I'd appreciate if all of you followed this medium, have fun!!
Name: (Character name)
Race: (if human, specify if natural or summoner and then whether the human is a student or faculty member of the school) (if daemon, specifiy first what class [hint, there ARE classes above Beorc but if you want to make one you must give me character specifics BEFORE hand in a pm!] then your specific type, such as succubae or something else, please explain your type if it isn't an incubus or succubus!)
Physical Description: (Either a picture or a basic description including, but not limited to, hair color and length in proportion to the body, eye color, height, weight, (if daemon) skin color, and anything else you'd like to add.
Character History: (The last bit, but most important! Give us a paragraph or two and talk about what the character has been through, give us their age and some important previous experiences. Then in another paragraph at least, describe what they are doing or plan to do at the academy)
After I see everyone else's posts and what we need I'll put up my character, hope you all enjoy!
