Light touches against her pale skin, made the woman stir. She winced slightly, the touches becoming progressively harder as she started to regain consciousness. She slowly opened her dark grey eyes, although the small amount of moonlight that shown through the trees was enough to make her shut her eyes tightly. She attempted to open her eyes again, however, everything was spinning.
“Ah, so you’re awake now, Charis?” came a cold voice from behind her. She tried to turn around to see who was talking to her, but soon found out that she was tied to a tree. She grunted as her head fell forward, staring at the ground. She tried to focus in on a small puddle beneath her that was starting to get wider and wider. She shook her head slightly, trying to see what it was.
“Charis, answer me,” the voice stated. Charis slowly lifted her head, staring at a dark figure in front of her. She yelped slightly as a hand came crashing against her face. She gasped, staring at the figure again. She spat at them, smirking as she saw the thick, crimson liquid slide down their cheek.
“My, my. Aren’t we rude? You defiantly aren’t like your name says.”
“It’s just a name, not my life,” she rasped, watching them pull the hood off their cloak to wipe their face off. The figure shook their head, and pushed the flowing raven hair away from their face, reveling seemingly gentle dark emerald eyes. Charis watched them, and then smirked.
“Ah… I should I have known it was you. Hello, Ariston,” she cooed tiredly. She stared at the male in front of her, and then looked at the sky.
“Hm. You still remember my name,” Ariston said, sounding annoyed.
“Why shouldn’t I? You were my lover after all… Then you tried to kill me… I mean, really? Why couldn’t you try stabbing me while I was in the throws of passion instead of stabbing me while I was giving you a hug? You’re horrible.”
“Sarcastic as always, even when you’re dying…”
She shook her head. It was starting to come back to her now. It was after a rough and raunchy, but passionate love session in an abandoned barn outside of a town. She had awoken to find Ariston nowhere in sight, however when she did find him, he had stabbed her in the stomach. She sighed, and watched him.
“How about you untie me and I promise not to hurt you like I want to.”
“No can do, Charis. You see, I have to kill you.”
“...Under whose order?”
“You’ll find out soon enough,” he said, before taking an elbow to the side of her head, watching her pass out again.
Charis awoke with a searing headache. She slowly sat up, and looked around. The moon was full and high in the sky. She sighed and slowly stood up.
“Ariston, I know you’re here,” she said loudly, only to have her voice repeat it back to her. She shook her head and took a step, almost tripping over her weapons. She looked down and picked up her tools of her trade, before walking down the dirt path, trying to figure out where she was.

OoC: I will be playing the role of Charis. I will defiantly need someone to play Ariston. Ariston must have several henchman, and a few whores, but he will need a "main squeeze", who somewhat looks like my character, and all that jazz. I will need about 4 more characters, be it runaways, drunk knights, trolls, some sort of anthormorph (it IS a fantasy RP after all), that will follow my character, having met Ariston somehow, be it he ruined your characters' life somehow, or he stole your money.
If you are interested, please send me a PM with your characters information, and I will let you know how to work in your character.
