They are trying to take the swelling down from his brain. After that, they will reassess him.
There are some positive signs, he's howling and barking and the vet said his coloring is good. He can't get up though, might be the brain swelling.

how could my neighbor who's dogs constantly threatened my dog and were allowed to wander freely deny the likeliness that his dogs killed mine? people are selfish pricks.
