Erie, PA - Jeremy Noyes, a medical student at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, is unlikely to practice medicine anytime soon. And that, friends, is a very good thing. See, Jeremy Noyes likes big words. Words like “pedophilia” and “sadomasochism” and “sadistic urophilia”. He also likes to recruit female sex slaves who will allow him to rape and impregnate their daughters. In fact, Noyes had a plan to set up his own cult of generational rape victims who would breed children specifically for his sexual use. Somehow, I don’t think that’s what “family practice” means.

Noyes, 30, was caught when an ex-girlfriend, Elizabeth Fleming, went to police after months of struggling with her conscience. She had allowed Noyes to engage in sadistic activities with her, and Noyes had divulged his interest in females of all ages and a family of sex slaves. When he started talking about a four-year-old named “Abby” and Abby’s mother “Alex”, Fleming realized that Noyes wasn’t just engaging in fantasy age play. He was serious.

Noyes was actually having online conversations with someone called “Alex” in New Zealand and was allegedly making plans to bring Alex and Abby to the U.S. to submit to his sexual desires. According to emails and chat logs, Noyes stated that he was having Alex “train” her daughter for his planned abuse by teaching the child to view sadistic pornography, to endure bondage and starvation, and to drink her own urine so she could be used as a “toilet slave”.

Fleming called herself “Sally Ann Slokum” in her e-mail tip to the FBI. In her email, she reported that Noyes also had a large stash of child pornography, some of which she had viewed and which appeared to depict injuries suffered by the child “Abby” as a result of abuse. Further, Fleming told investigators that Noyes planned to impregnate little Abby as soon as she was physically capable, between the ages of 8 and 14. Noyes had even allegedly recruited a woman to act as a wet nurse for the children he planned to father and molest.

Eventually, Fleming said, the plan was for Noyes to buy a farm or small island upon which to raise his family of slaves. Fleming was so disgusted that she blogged about her concerns in a personal blog called “Tales From The Borderline“, which has since been deleted, but which is cached at Google. Warning to the faint of heart or weak of stomach: do not go looking for those blogs unless you are prepared to hurl and want to throw things. If you are easily triggered or have an abuse history, I’d avoid them entirely.

So far, though, the whole thing sounds really far-fetched, right? Maybe Elizabeth Fleming is a borderline wingnut who got pissed off at her boyfriend. He owed her money, and the relationship wasn’t ending well. And Fleming was in therapy for a number of issues, so maybe she just made it up. Except apparently she didn’t.

The FBI obtained the contents of two of Jeremy Noyes’ email addresses and several chat transcripts, and lo and behold, kiddie porn was present. Also present in the emails were descriptions of planned abuse, discussions of Abby’s sexual training, and talk about Alex selling her house in New Zealand.

The FBI isn’t talking about whether four-year-old Abby has been abused or whether she even exists. But after their investigation, Jeremy Noyes was charged with two federal counts of possessing or distributing child pornography. Noyes is being held in the Erie County jail awaiting a detention hearing scheduled for Thursday.

As it happens, Jeremy Noyes can dish it out, but he can’t take it. In his arraignment in U.S. District Court on Monday, Noyes asked that the maximum possible sentence be repeated, saying, “So the maximum is 40 years?”

When told that yes, the maximum time for his charges is in fact a 40-year term, Noyes said, “I’ll be dead.”

Then he whispered to his public defender, “I’m not in any shape to get beaten up in prison.”

Supposedly the FBI has the emails in its possession. Doesn't mean it wasn't an elaborate fantasy scheme...people can email back and forth about whatever they want, doesn't make it true. However they did find photographs, and possessing them is a crime, so that would be enough to make him suspect for the rest. *shudders*

Oh, and I noticed that both Google AND Yahoo handed over the contents of his e-mail accounts. I'm pretty sure that e-mail is never totally private. Everybody complained back in 2004 when Gmail started, saying it wasn't private and the government could get it...well guess what, the government can get it from anybody they want.
 
Why would someone with this fantasy begin to think that doing anything other than keeping it close and near and dear in their heart would ever ever work out for them? If he's a wanker and not a pedo, he's terminally stupid. If he's really the kind of pedo who cooked up what they're suggesting, I hope it's a nice long sentence with a lot of new friends to be made.

Seriously, there must be some kind of disconnect in this guy's mind, where it is okay to share this fantasy and attempt to make it reality and brag about it.

I read some of the documents about this when I first heard about it. If it's a fantasy, it is a truly elaborate one.

I hope the child is removed from her (so-called) parent. I hoped the mother (also so-called) gets what she deserves. But most of all, I hope that Jeremy Noyes meets a really big guy named Bubba in prison who teaches him all about abuse!

If it wasn't made up, which it doesn't look like from the links; she should be put before a firing squad of females with their children standing behind them.

Not a bad idea but truly a much more quick and, relatively, painless death than she deserves.

Anyone that deliberately hurts a child should die a slow, pain filled death, but there should be special amounts of torture involved for people that hurt their own children.
 
I tend to believe it as unfortunately I met a similar person online when I was searching for a life partner. I am not easily hoodwinked, but also took seriously his plans, and also what he had already done and gotten away with. I also met a PYL in RL who while I was chatting to since committing to F also revealed child sex abuse he had performed and was proud of, under the misconception he had told me about it before. When I said he had never mentioned or hinted at it when we had been talking and also met, he apologised for being mistaken and changed the subject quickly...I logged out.

As to email being open to government etc., it is what I have said before but some people never believe. Basically anything you do online is fair game, anything you do in private and on your computer is also traceable if the need arises, no matter how good one thinks they are at deleting and removing all trace, all they need is someone who knows how to retrieve such information and it is there and able to be presented in court as evidence.

That is just hideous. I bumped into the odd potential paedo in the chatroom here when I used to frequent it and I always redlined them and alerted a mod. The notion that a mother would be complicit in torturing and brainwashing a toddler like that is just completely repugnant.

I read the 'tales from the borderline' excerpts and it seems pretty certain that the mother was abused as a child by her father. I know it's not an excuse but I guess it serves as an insight into how the woman became so fundamentally damaged.

People like Jeremy Noyes almost have me believing in the death penalty. Death by assrape is unlikely to be sanctioned as a legal form of capital punishment though.

i recently found this site online: http://www.archive.org

It archives sites and pages on sites at different times throughout the history of the sites. i only briefly checked out my leatherwork site, and, it had all the different versions of my pages, as well as maintaining the navigation between those pages. The most advantageous use i have for that is where Google provides a link to a nonexistant page - now i can paste that link to the site above.

Well, an old Native American torture procedure might be the trick.

Strip her naked, bind her stretched out in the hot sun, have the children pour honey all over her body; and then let the mothers open up the jars full of fire ants and drop them on her. The poison within those bites would ever so slowly kill her. :devil:

By the time she had died, she would have felt everyone of those ants stings, not just on her, but in every crevise of her body!

Just about guarantee she would get the point that you don't do that crap to your own child, or any others! :mad:

It's amazing to me that so much more of everyone's outrage is pointed at her. Yeah, she's a piece of work. There are a lot of delusional internet slaves willing to do anything and completely out of touch with ANY kind of reality creeping in. But there's still this dude whose idea this lovely concoction IS.

i agree Net, he still needs to be dealt with very harshly.

But, if the links are as they said; they met over the internet. That woman had the ability to use her brain, and her hands, and then her phone to tell him "No way in hell are you going to do this to my child!"

And if she was any sort of caring mother, she would have immediately called the law on him.

She was the one who made the decision to prepare to bring herself and her daughter overseas to him. She didn't have to.

All it would have taken would have been to say to him in the very first IM, "Are you insane!" and turn it off.

This reminds me of some discussions i have with people after a senseless situation like the shootings at Virginia Tech. People just kinda shake their heads and say something like "crazy people are always gonna be around - what are ya gonna do?" and then they throw up their hands.

Well, the first thing you do is learn from it. When they delve into situations like Virginia Tech and Columbine, there were signs - plenty of them. The problem is twofold: identifying when you see the problem starting up, and, then dealing with it. Yes, there will always be crazy people wanting to do crazy things, but, generally they will give warning signs way before they do something really bad.

People have to follow through and confront that problem. Sometimes that involves family and friends doing an intervention type thing to get the person to seek help. Then, the medical community (and sometimes the government) has to keep pushing to provide the care and guidance needed. Much better to spend the time, counseling, and, money sooner than to sit back later and yell "why didn't somebody do something?!?!?!".

Of course, there will also always be the gullible and naive. i see a large part of the prevention of that being parenting. The PC garbage of protecting child from *ALL* the bad things in the world generates a bunch of people that don't know a dangerous situation when they see it.

And, this leads into another societal problem: "family values". So, my easy way out is to blame everything on parents :p
 
It is an unfortunate reality, but there are women out there in the world who will pick a mate, or potential mate, over their existing child or children. Just as there are men who will. People have been abandoning their children since the beginning of time. It is not pretty but it is not surprising or new.

Nor is there any novelty or surprise in the reality that there are men and women out there who would willingly and happily sexually abuse a child, even their own. While giving such a person a long slow torturous death might make us feel better, it doesn't help the child who is the victim. Nor does it prevent others from following the same path.

But a swift, sure, final exit is the only way to deal with the confirmed, convicted pedophile. There is no psychological treatment or cure and frankly, I don't want society to foot the bill for their long term incarceration. A bullet (or guillotine) and a grave in the potter's field is the cheapest, longest lasting solution.

ETA: And yes, I personally would be quite willing to pull the trigger or lever in such a case. No use in someone else struggling with a guilty conscience.

But that's just my opinion of course...

So, would this whole situation have been different if Mr. Noyes had included the following statement at the bottom of every email he sent:

I have absolutely no intention of carrying out this rape fantasy in real life. I am conducting an experiment to research the dark recesses of my own mind, to explore horrible images and actions, as a way to examine the warped thoughts of the human mind. Any contact that I have with any person in real life or over the internet should be viewed as fantasy and as part of a social experiment that I will *NEVER* carry out in real life.

He-should be removed from existence. There is no hope for someone who sees nothing wrong with impregnating a child. I can't think of an appropriately horrifying way to dispatch him. I certainly think a good start is sending a dossier of his intentions to his future cohabitants once he is sentenced.

She-should never see her child again nor be allowed to be in the presence of any other. If she was willing to do this to someone she gave birth to...Granted, this is taken to an extreme, but I am always disgusted to see women who put themselves or a man before their children. That is part of choosing to have children. You nurture and protect them. You don't put your needs before theirs. You don't put your kink before theirs and you sure as hell don't include them!
