I actually agree with legalisation. Put the ridiculous amounts of money spent on prevention into treatment for addicts.

we differ slightly, in so far as i would execute importers and dealers and spend a fortune on catching them so they could be executed. i would then spend a fortune on treating their victims, the addicts and reduce crime and suffering.

That will never work. Napalm and thermo-nukes are where it's at. Time to use old school Roman tactics.

Perhaps it would be prudent to only use tactical strategic weapons. Limiting fallout is a reasonable and responsible thing to do afterall.
