Somehow, I don't think it is something you have to worry about. You are probably 14cm...unless you can prove otherwise.

The longest ever cock was 13 inches, so it is highly impossible that u are 14... 8 or 9 maybe but i would say that (as others have said) 14cm, (which is 5 1/2 inches) sounds more realistic...

I think size matters to a point. I've got to be able to feel it. 1 to 2 inches won't do me a bit of good. Now if his tongue is long enough then I won't lose interest. 14 inches is way beyond my comfort level. I had a fling with a guy who was 11 inches and I couldn't do anything with him besides oral. It was just way too painful. I can handle 8 maybe 9 inches but even then its kind of rough.
 
I'm not going to comment on the rather childish original post. But on the main issue of does size matter.

I've had both extremes and to be completly honest a small penis didn't do anything for me. The guy tried to compensate by going down on me constantly but it wasn't what I wanted.
