For those of you who don't know (or don't know him) our Truth or Dare master, English Gentleman, has been sent to Iraq by the UK government. He's lonely right now missing his family and friends and works a night job for the army were there is a lot of waiting and sitting around. He can't access Lit because it's banned by the Army censors.

What I was wondering is if you guys could leave him a greeting which I will cut and paste and send in an email to him. It would be something to cheer him up since he can't get here. He misses folks, and he is especially sorry to be missing the London Litogether. I thank you in advance if you choose to.

I don't know English Gentleman from Adam....but I do love English gentlemen in general. Oh, those sweet accents. Please give him my best wishes and tell him to come home safely!

can't lose those got englishmen!

I know about those military censors....Hubby and I had to invent code words to be able to talk about kinky things in our emails...lol

Though toward the end we said to hell with it and if anyone was listening in to our phone calls got an earful.

English Gentleman, thank you so much for your service. It is greatly appreciated.

Thank you ecstaticsub!

as the benefactor of a few of your lovely dares..and .. as someone who loves the British... and.. as someone with the upmost respect for military personnel...

Be safe Gentleman. Keep your head down..and when someone tells you to duck, they're not telling you to dance around, quackin and flappin your arms...

Thank you for your sacrifice.. come home soon.

*hugs*

Fi

I don't know him, but please tell him that he, and all the troops are constantly in me and K's prayers, and that we hope everything goes well.

For those of y'all who don't know him, he's a very smart and witty conversation partner. You should definitely take the opportunity to get to know him, if possible. :D

Only thing better than a man in uniform, is a man with a british accent in uniform. :catroar: ;)

Be safe, and return that hot bod here soon.

Thanks guys. I'm bumping this so maybe DraconKitty or some of the regular Truth or Dare crowd can offer a little greeting

I have seen english gentleman's posts on Lit but don't recall ever speaking to him.

I hope he is ok and all is well.

I guess that being out there must be boring as hell at times.

I have known a few soldiers and they told me much of the time was spent having farting or belching contests.

As english gentleman must be a gent, he of course would not stoop to such behaviour!

As someone who lives in the UK and understands he and everyone out there are doing this for us, please tell him thank you.

It is a shame he is missing the get together, perhaps we can do it all again on his return

Please let him know that I'll do my best to spank the bottoms of all the lovely ladies that'll attend the gettogether for him ;) And how knows, maybe we'll take pics and share with him :D

Please tell him to stay safe. We are thinking of him, sending him good thoughts and can't wait until he is back with us!

:rose:

I can't say I know the fellow, but please send him my best! My heart goes out to everyone in Iraq right now.

Good luck and stay safe!

Dear Gentleman,

There are few words to express how proud of you and your fellow service men I am. Your dedication and sacrifice for duty and country is something so many take for granted and few are willing to give themselves. Any freedom we have is protected by you and others like you and I want to say thank you for all you give. Freedom isn't free and you are missed, loved and appriecated.

Thank you.

Gigi

Thank you for everything that you do over there, good sir. Be cheerful, for we are thinking of you. Be safe, for we are worried for you. Come back to us as soon as you can. :rose:

To the lovely folk of Lit,

Thank you so much for your kind words. HornyBabe sent me a copy of the thread whilst I was in Iraq, and it really made me smile! It's so sweet of everyone, and would have brought a tear to my eye if I wasn't such a tough soldier! ;)

Knowing there were people back home thinking of me gave me the strength to do my job to the best of my ability, and while I can't be sure whether I made any difference (the war still continues, sadly!), it certainly made me feel a whole lot better.

I'm home safe now, enjoying time with my family. I hope to bump into all of you in the near future, and look forward to seeing you all on the Truth or Dare thread!

Much love!
