Wahl, I guess I'd better go out in the back yard and clean up anything I don't want to get wet. It are supposed to rain tomorry, then take a break for a day or so and then rain all next week and into the one after that. I guess El Nino is fin'ly gonna catch up with us. Oysh!

Not when you're a chemical warfare specialist it don't. De-scented skunks make excellent pets so I hear. They can be litter trained like a cat and are quite affectionate. A lady down the block has a prairie dog for a pet and walks it on a leash. Too cool.

1. Seven Mile treadmill run
2. One hour
3. Zero sleep the night before (it was just one of those nights)
4 Mother fucker!
Actually I'm perfectly fine now. It's only Wednesday and I've already managed to get in 12 miles this week. If anything it should be doing wonders for my figure. :-)
How are the nakeds this evening?
