Thanks to everyone who has PM'd and IM'd me to apply for the position of FB and to tell me that they like my posts! Actually, since I first posted, I have been exploring what I’m really looking for, and have come to the conclusion that I need to be dominated. I am just being collared and starting down the road of self-discovery with my new dom, whom I met on Lit, and he has decided that I should begin my journey by posting some photos of myself as he sees me.

Yes, you need 100 posts before you can upload an avatar. You can put a pic in your profile before that, though.

Were you planning on posting the pics in this thread? If so, you might want to put them in the Amateur Pics forum instead. That's where you'll really get feedback. You can have any number of posts to put pics in a thread. There are detailed instructions on doing so in this thread (FAQs Before Posting sticky) in How To - just click on the "How do I insert images directly into a post...?" link to get those instructions.

I'd also suggest participating here and reading the BDSM Library Sticky at the top of this forum. There's tons of great info in there, especially for those just getting into BDSM. :)

I'm going to get it for being up this late but I had a soda rather late, lol. Anyhow...

No matter how many warnings you put out someone will always be offended somewhere and feel that it is their duty to tell you about it. So please do not be surprised if you get those messages. Just brush it off and remember who you are. Pic threads can be just as hurtful as it is helpful. :rose:

Agreed, although AmPics is a relatively safe place to post IMO since anything less than positive feedback is frowned upon (and usually attacked), people who don't like the pics usually just keep their thoughts to themselves and those who post there seem to appreciate just about any type of erotic photo.

I bet if I posed as a morbidly obese senior citizen, I'd likely get comments likeI just LOVE older BBW's and You look great! Can we see more?. Maybe I'd get some negative as well, but I bet they'd be mostly positive, especially if I put an obvious warning in the first post.

I wouldn't post *anything* if I couldn't handle negative feedback, however. As nice as people usually are (at least in most of the forums) here, free speech rules and there's always the risk of trolls and just plain rude people aiming to hurt, like you said. I wouldn't trade lowering that risk for restricting speech, though; I've never been to a board that moderates hurt feelings AND has the type of honest, thought-provoking discussion and fun that I have here.
 
I think AM Pics Forum is the best place for this. I know we already have a couple of such threads which have popped up, but like blog/journal type threads, it is not something which is usually seen as appropriate here, nor encouraged. Feel free to post links in your signature if you wish. :rose:
