Ideas you say? Well the only thing I can think of right now is to bring yourself as close to orgasm as you can and hold there as long as you can stand it. Or stop when you get close a few time. Either one drive my girlfriend crazy. Otherwise, you could try dripping warm water on yourself in differing rates, and on different places. That's always fun.

You could probably MacGuyver an attachment (and they sell all sorts of nifty things at Home Depot) to a regular drill. It would only spin though. Maybe some sort of electric saw? Hmm...thinking...

Machines aren't that complicated or expensive. They just are when you stick the word "fucking" in from of them and sell them on the web. I read about making them out of a car's windshield wiping motor.
 
I say try doing it in public. I don't mean like in the back corner of a place where no one can see you. I mean like in the middle of a room.
