Fisting Question

J and i want to try fisting.

How long does it generally take to get stretched out enough for fisting?
How long does it take to go back to normal after being stretched?
Can W/we do this over several weekends? (W/we only see each other on the weekends)

Neither of us have done this before. Any tips or tricks?

This is just my experience, so YMMV.

My Master has really big hands. (His ring finger is a size 13, so you can imagine how big the rest of his hand is, LOL.) Even so, if we take plenty of time (and lube), he can still get his fist inside me at least up to the thumb joint. It can be uncomfortable at first until I adjust, but it never really hurts. I never really had to go through a period of being stretched. If he's patient and persistent, he can do it in one session, no problem.

I know that a lot of people claim to have this "stretched" feeling for a long time afterward, but I don't. As soon as his fist is out, I feel exactly the same as I always do. He even swears that if he fucks me right after fisting that I somehow feel tighter. The only time I don't go right back to feeling "normal" is if I'm torn in some way. Even that's not too bad; it just hurts to pee for a day or two. It happens, and most of the time I don't even realize it when it happens. It's later that I notice.

My only advice is to go really slow. For me, the first two fingers are easy; the third and fourth are tougher. As soon as he has enough inside me to gently massage my cervix, though, I'm gone, and he can do anything he wants. (Purrrrrrr.) You'll definitely need to give feedback, though. If it hurts, say so.

i guess the stretching bit only goes for anal fisting. It isn't necessary for vaginal fisting. Good to know.

Actually for some gals, it most definitely can take time to stretch enough to take a fist (especially depending on the size of the fist - ie I can take a gal's fist easily but a very large man's hand may not happen). It really depends on how you are built (and persistence does help). Just be patient and use lots of lube (and do some prelim stretching with toys if need be).

My ex saw fisting one time in a porno and decided that I would really enjoy it. Maybe i will try doing it myself. W/we definately aren't doing these activities simply for the sake of saying been there, done that. W/we're really enjoying ourselves and doing what feels right at the time.

We've had a problem with fisting. I wouldn't say his hands are that big but they are bigger than mine. He can't get his whole hand in. It's been fun trying.

I'm not giving up but he says he'd have to break one of his bones or one of mine to accomplish it. I don't know if that's exactly true of simply what he fears.

don't know about the "better" part, however I just love all the feelings that happen during a long slow session of having a hand slide into me...

i like to be fisted but it takes lots of time and above all the fister has to be gentle and ease into me. lots of lube really helps thuogh i really get turned on by the feeling of fullness.

If things are getting painfull at any stage i let my fister know so he can slow it down till i can accomodate his hand better.

as to being stretched the vaginal is very elastic and i return to normal as soon as the fist is removed

I have a question for the ladies. For those of you that have been fisted both anally and vaginally.

What is the difference? can you tell the difference? I ask as my own experience is that im totally unaware of what's doing what to what? at the point of being fisted. Like its all one large erogenous zone, rather than being able to locate sensations to say, clit, labia, vagina, anus. Just a large 'zone'.

Pretty much every sexual encounter I have with my wife involves fisting. Sometimes it's the only way I can have an orgasm. Daddy has fisted me too but not as often...we often have sex without fisting.

As you've found, Kailey, the stretching stuff doesn't really apply to vaginal fisting. The vagina doesn't have that ring of muscle the way the anus does, so you're not fighting against that. In fact the main barrier you're fighting against is the arrangement of bones, especially the pubic bone. Most women can be fisted, but it is possible that a very, very small-framed woman would have a difficult time with it.

There are two essential things to have when you're trying fisting: lube, and communication. Neither can be over emphasized. Lube, and lots of it, is essential. It's POSSIBLE to be fisted without lube, I have done it many times, but it's more enjoyable if you do have lube. (If you're dry, you almost can't be fisted without lube being added. It would be extremely inadvisable to try.)

You have to be communicative with your partner as he's fisting you. Tell him how you're feeling, what you're feeling, what he should be doing. The first times you're trying this, he should definitely be responsive to you - this is not the time for "I'm the dom, I'm going to force you" bravado. (That can come later, much later!)

There's a great book by Deborah Addington called A Hand in the Bush. It's one of the few books out there about vaginal fisting - there are a lot more about anal fisting.

I have never done two hands in one orifice, but I have tried one hand in each orifice. I didn't make it past a couple of fingers in the ass because it was just too much.

From what my bf said, it seems like it was more painful on his hand than what I felt. Not that it hurt, it was just very tight.

It is one way to get an idea. As to the other, it is just a feeling I get from your postings and the rapidity of things you do then move on to the next thing to try like it is a race. I apologise if it isn't as it sounds, but please remember, the journey is as important, if not more so than the final destination...if you rush it, you miss out on a lot, most especially experiencing things in a real sense as opposed to just doing them and moving on.

I've never done self fisting. It's much harder than having someone else do it - MUCH harder. But it can be done...just be careful not to fall off the bed!

I can't imagine being able to fist myself! My hands are smaller than his, but the angle's just all wrong. I'm lucky to get 3 fingers in myself, but with a little patience, he doesn't really have much trouble getting his whole fist in.

My advice to someone new to vaginal fisting would be: Take it slow, and use plenty of lube. Make sure your hands are clean, and your nails free of any sharp edges, and it helps to make sure your skin is moisturized with a decent lotion, as dry skin will soak up the moisture in your lubricant. To bring your girl to a high state of arousal is really important; I usually don't even insert more than two fingers until my baby ejaculates at least once. I try to keep the tip of my thumb pressed against the inside of my pinky, keeping what, in aerodynamic terms is known as the aspect ratio, of my hand as small as possible. This allows the hand to slide in to the point where the fingertips make contact with the "roof" of the vagina, at which time the fingers are turned towards the palm, forming a fist inside the vagina, rather than trying to force a fist into her. After a bit of practice, it will become progressively easier, not because any tissue has "loosened up", but because it will become easier for your girl to relax. I realize that this has been a rather dry and methodical bit of advice, but if you stick to it and work up to things in a slow and relaxed manner, before you know it, you'll be shocking the hell out of the Old Navy sales girl who walks into a dressing room to find you wrist deep inside your baby!
