Got my first taste of a violet wand this weekend at a local dungeon - also a first for me. Wasn't really a scene, but was just an opportunity to try it out and see if it was something I liked. Wow! What an interesting sensation. Another of those supposed hard limits that is no longer a limit for me.

For those who are old hands at electric play, how long do you go between sessions with electricy? I had marks that were still there after about 36 hours, but they are gone completely now. I'd love to hear from people who are pretty experienced at this.

Thought I'd post a line or two eventho' I'm not all that experienced. Electroplay used to be one of my hard limits. I just didn't understand what it was all about at the time. I had the pleasure of being zapped at a BDSM camp-out last summer. Isn't it just the coolest thing?
I wonder if you could use it for hair removal....laffs

I've never done anything like this, but have been shocked before, a number of times. hadn't thought about using it in sex till I saw yoru thread, but knowing the way it felt I can see how it could be pleasureable if controlled correctly. Love to hear more about this practice and the toy ou mentioned.

More importantly they're the cyber kind that burns calories by eating. *gives cookie*

As to eating - just stand up while you eat - all the calories melt into the floor, you know.

Yes, I know. And I keep my chocolate on top of the fridge as calories are afraid of heights and jump out. :D

Ok, sorry for starting this little cookie-highjack. Honestly, DVS is the electricity experts, and he'll probably look in pretty soon and answers the questions.

Raven... I sense a thread hijack...Are you saying that the wand might be too intense for hair removal? I don't think it would work anyway. While we are waiting for DVS and his expertise on electroplay ....ummm I think they should include hair waxing as a form of BDSM play. Has someone already thought of this... that stings like a mutha *****. The more I think of it, I really should discuss this with the big guy.

LOL, it has been discussed on occasion and if you think waxing is bad, try an epilator, or worse still, himself let loose with the tweezers in a half lit room...amazing how many times he swears he didn't get skin!!

I think waxing would make a great form of D/s play Kati. Haven't gotten into any D/s play yet, but the idea of a strong, controlling woman making me do things to please her is very exciting.

Waxing does hurt like hell for a few minutes, I tried home wax kit once. if she wanted me bare then it would be a great show of control and a way to give me pain for a good reason if she waxed my body herself.
 
I thought I had heard of everything and always said that I would try anything three times..I have to make sure that I like it or not, but after googling violet wands and reading about them, it sounds too extreme for me. The rest of you enjoy!

Waxing can be bad if not done well. If done well it's okay.

Done by an amateur and we are talking purple bruises on sensitive places in my RL experiences. Poor guy I made him help me and then he had to know when he looked at those bruises he'd had a part in it.

Tweezers? Yes, I've used them on him. No he didn't like it. However watching him squirm and listening to the sounds he made were hmm, amusing. *L*

You are probably right. Now the thought of waxing for BDSM play on the other hand........
