Ok i have to know. Help me out here all you Doms/Dommes & subs. How many of you think every good slave or sub should go to work with a pink bottom? Sort of a reminder to behave while out.

I don't really have an opinion, I just wanted to be the first on a poll and have 100% of the voting public behind me momentarily. I think maybe I should go sleep.
 
... i did the same as canadian there and just voted just so i could see 1 topic at 100% for a while.

it depends on the person. i mean, If the sub goes to work at 5am to work untill noon... that means youd have to wake up at around 3 or 4 just to do something.

and i value my sleep cycles.

To be honest...

my SO would kick me in the balls every morning before work.

The theory being: What could happen at work that was worse than the kick?
 
i didn't vote on this poll. None of the choices/answers 'fit' me.

i don't need a spanking to remember to be good. It's ingrained in my consciouness & subconsciousness at all times. Behaving is just a basic need and requirement here. i'd only receive the spanking (and no not an enjoyable type spanking, the type done with a braided leather belt ... the type which i dislike most) as a result of my misbehavior.

I don't think so! I love to administer a good spanking, but doing it every day, as a 'reminder to behave' is turning things upside down, imho. Would I tell my daughter off every morning, before she went to school, so she would remember to behave? Frankly, I don't think I would have much luck with that. :rolleyes:

It is my responsibility to let my slave know what I expect from her, and what kind of behaviour I don't want to see. If I have made that clear, and she fails to comply, there is a reason for spanking. ;)
Yes, I do spank her occasionally, just for my pleasure, too. :D But then she knows why, and doesn't have to feel any guilt, but rather feel pleased that she can be used for her owners pleasure. :cool: As for doing that every morning, before going to work; that would only work in a fantasy world, I guess! :rolleyes:

Edited to add: I didn't vote, because none of the choices fits my opinion. It is not a lack-of-time issue for me, but because I can't see the reason! I find the poll setup very biased.

Just for the record, I don't feel guilty when spanked, just bloody sore!

I am not sure I feel 'rather pleased' either, just glad when its over.

The poll asks "should..." so I voted yes. :) I was going to vote that I don't have the time. But then I realized I have been making the time to send him off with an erection, I can make the time for a spanking. Nothing severe though. I want him to be able to sit down in class and pay attention to the teacher without squirming.

EDIT: My sub enjoys spankings. So it isn't a punishment nor a reminder to "behave" it is more of a reminder to think of me and remember who he blongs to. It would be an opportunity to give him that gift or rememberance. (As if he could forget!)

I used to be woken up each morning with a hard spanking. :) While it works for me, I don't think it works for all subs so I vote "sometimes."
 
I didn't vote either. I'm not with my Dom in real life yet, but once we are I would hope that spankings are done for fun and not to remind me to behave. I think he is much more capable of getting what he wants out of me without having to give me a stinging, pink bottom to do it.

Not saying of course that I won't get a spanking when I deserve one. The threat of the hairbrush doesn't make me cringe for nothing. ;)
 
I voted for all the time...Personally I don't stay focused on work, school, etc unless I have a reminder. Don't really know how else to explain that.

Ditto that! Cant do them, wont do them and dont even talk to me unless you are bearing coffee, and then maintain dulcet tones until I have gotten onto my second cup.Or stay quiet.And chirpy morning people shit me too. Then I go and drink my coffee in bed until I am remotely human.
Even my PYL realises this character flaw and is easy on me in the morning when he stays over. But then again I dont sleep well on those occassions and wake him in such a way that he is in a good mood himself and gentle with me. :rolleyes:

I would have liked to cast my vote, but my choice won anyhow. I think that a slave should have something to remind them of You during vanilla hours; however, I would not tan their hide just for the sake of nostalgia, they would have to do something to fit the punishment.

I use to wake up in the morning stiff from have dreams of sex, sometimes referred to as a piss hard on.
