Since I enjoy lurking to read posts and view the images shared, I thought it polite to reintroduce myself. I have read Lit stories for years. Created a profile some time ago, and only posted a very few times. My silly moniker is for my little Doxies who have kept me sane in the midst of my loss. Never sure what to say in beginning to post to a community. I am over 40, a bit of a tomboy who loves to dress like a lady and be chased and courted and seduced - but I choose my company, I do not need someone to take care of me.
My brain is wired a bit oddly ... of an abusive childhood that makes me distrustful, widow of a 16 year marriage where I was the center of his world ... and he mine. Took him a while to overcome my walls, but he always said I was worth it.

Lucky man. I like to think I am an open minded young woman with a passion for writing, but a somewhat high-profile career keeps me from revealing too much more without some significant risk. You can ask me anything you want, and I will most certainly answer honestly if I don't feel like you are probing for an identity.

I apologize if I seem guarded in a community that should be very open, but I've had some bad experiences in the past. I will try to keep my guard down enough that you can all get to know me, and hopefully some of you will read my works as they get accepted to the site. My writing covers a broad range of themes, as I like to challenge myself to write about things I'm not completely comfortable with from time-to-time. I will likely never write scat or gore stories, however.

Hey, thanks for the heads-up about PMs...usually that's enabled by default. Should be taken care of now.

As for what themes turn me on the most? Probably writing F/F encounters in general or sometimes being with two guys when the mood hits. My sex life is pretty open even if my personal life can tend to be kind of (unintentionally) closed off ^.^;

I've submitted my first story here as of last night, but its still pending approval. Unless there is another place to post it, I guess we'll just have to wait and see

Don't get too excited...I feel really out-of-practice right now...and on top of that I was keeping an old promise that the next story I write be outside my comfort-zone. What I would really love to do is finish out a series I started a couple of years ago, but I can't really do that now, so I'll just have to start on something new and fresh

I just decided to delete my story from the submissions after a couple of days of waiting. I have to admit its probably the worst thing I've ever written.

While I set out to accomplish a certain set of goals, I found myself meeting those goals and hating the execution. It also teetered on the borderline of the violence policies of this site, so I figured it was best for all involved to pull it. I will still share it with anyone who wants to give some constructive criticism, but I don't know what the best way to do that here would be.

On the other hand, I am dedicating most of my writing time now to a serious novel-length work focusing on a realistic brother-sister incest scenario (from the pov of the sister). As I get tired of working on that exclusively, I will inevitably push out some short stories to fill the time. I'll probably stick to themes I am used to for now, so hopefully I can put something good out that will grab some attention.
