1. The knot will not (giggle) come undone while there's a camera pointing at me.
2. The picture was taken, a year ago....clever angle.
3. Moving stuff is good for the stamina and strength of my fingers, wrists and arms...........think on't (translation provided)
Now I think we'd better move this conversation out of McKenna's thread before she bans us.
Sorry Mack... She's incorrigible.

Buggerfuckdamnbollickinghell!!!
My poem got read another 7 times, and rejected again.
The check list shows.......nothing, refers me once again to a volunteer editor.
I've had it now.
Totally pissed off.
Time for a pm.

Let me be a volunteer editor for you, hon. It may just be a formatting difficulty.

Thanks Cant.
I did what the other guys suggested, took out the spaces between line ends and question marks, replaced a line of 5 dots with a dash, and included an explanation that the format of the text and punction was deliberate and essential to the reading of the poem.
I'll pm it.

Poems are touchy that way. You can keep the format entire in a cheat, like so.
First, do the poem in a nice font, just the way you want it, and print it out.
Then, scan it. Now it's an image, not text. We submit it as an Illustrated poem and Bob's yer uncle. Trim it to shape just so and send it in as an image.
As a bonus, you get to do a coloured background or something if you like.

REAL butter, that is. Margarine has its place but it's not on toast or English mufin or scones or pancakes or anything like that.
