Evening Lynn
I had a green one once but I'm embarrassed to talk about it. Luckily, it returned to normal.
Oh! You're talking about the vase.

Morning HP, coffee sounds good. I've already had toast with butter and apple butter.
It's supposed to be 82 degrees today.
It must be the start of our week of spring.

Grey and drizzly here but, given my stated intention to read / write pretty much all day (the kids have voted for a lazy day, and who am I to deny 'em...?), I'm down with that.
I may have to solder #3 son's week-old headphones, though, as the clumsy so-and-so has pulled the cable out of one of the speakers already!

Ah yes, I remember kids, clumsy and not. Enjoy them. They grow up far too fast.
Then you have to give them the boot to make them leave. So heart rendering.
But then you have the house to yourself. It quite makes up for a few tears. (Theirs, not mine.)

Heh. Sage advice, all of it...
Now, if you can tell me where I left my soldering iron, I'll be really impressed...

It's in the hall closet, in the junk basket, with a single sock, an old jacket that doesn't fit anyone, a worn out pair of tennis shoes, some dried up paint, a paintbrush you forgot to clean, and the stack of Do-it-Yourself magazines you saved with articles on organizing closets.

I have a two bedroom house and one bedroom is an office. Solved that problem also. They don't stay long when they have to sleep on the floor.

I use the second bedroom here as an office as well. Love having it that way.

Ah, I see. You hire others to do things for you. Then you might be interested in some phone numbers for the local organizing club, which to your benefit works Saturdays at only seven times the normal weekly rate. By the end of the day, hopefully, they'll have found your soldering gun.

You wound me... Anyway, I found it. In the library, behind a pile of books that need shelving...
(Basically, the only thing missing was the "Beware of the Leopard" sign... )
What was the number of that organising club again...?

Thought it was "Beware of the Jaguar."
When you get it do please tell me. I have a whole house like that.
I need a larger dustbin. . . .

I would offer to do that for you. However, I'm quite sure travel expenses would be rather high.

You'd just have to stay longer, make it into a vacation... I'm sure I could find something to occupy you...
