I went back and laid down but I don't know if I slept or not. My right hips is killing me. It feels like there is a nerve pinched right at the top of the bone. Never had anything like it before.

The nightmares are more or less a thing of the past for me. I had them bad back in the early 70's and into the early 80's.

Been a while for a really bad leg cramp, I'm also happy to report. I get little quick ones if i point my foot wrong.

Flannel sheets. Do those replace the flannel nightgowns so one can sleep naked?
