No - we use half a coconut and an old chair leg. 
Actually we do; quite a lot, in one type or another (even the ladies model). Apparently, the leading theory on my problem is drill a few small holes in the bottom of the femur, let the blood flow and cause healing of the meniscus. I don't see that somehow. I think I'd rather have the gold flake injections. One can cause havoc at an airport.
And it still bloody hurts, Ice-pack or no. |
