Im better on one front...but i have some things i need to get out of my system desperately because of the person i become when im in this state of mind...im gonna go up to the common and try and write. for a little while at least.

Well, I wasn't in the mood to go to work. Then I stepped on the scales....and my heart stopped.

I am going to limit my intake of liquid carbs (aka beer) and get back into my workout routine.
So right now I'm kinda depressed.....and still not in the mood to go to work.

we dont have a scale in the house. i couldnt handle it.
have you ever considered just going by how you feel and not by your number? just asking and not trying to be stupid or anything.

on the bright side, got all my tickets for planes and trains, hotel reservations, etc for Italy in July. be away for 12 days, but the lay over weekend is in Venice |
