Today is our 8th anniversary and as part of the annual tradition, I'm bumping this thread to say thanks to Laurel and Manu. Without them and Lit, I never would have met patient1, the love of my life.

A belated anniversary "thank you"
A belated 9th anniversary "thank you" to Laurel and Manu is in order.
Thank you for Literotica! Thank you for connecting me to my wonderful husband, patient1.
I haven't been around Lit much lately and we didn't celebrate our anniversary ON our anniversary this year. It will have to wait awhile yet while I am recovering from surgery. In a few weeks I should be more mobile again and then we will go to our wedding reception restaurant for our anniversary dinner date. Patient1 has more than earned a great dinner to relax and enjoy since he is the one taking care of me during my recovery. If anyone ever doubted that he has the patience of a saint, this would prove them wrong. I know I haven't been the easiest person to take care of yet he lovingly does whatever he can to care for me and make me comfortable. I am so very lucky to have him in my life.
I love you, patient1. Now and forever.

We watched "The Wire" , all seasons of it, back in 2006 when I was recovering from surgery then. I think there was one more season after that that we watched on HBO. We loved it!

It would fit but the homeowner's association would have heart failure. We do have a Walmart not too far from us and you are allowed to park there, I think. Are you going to be in our neighborhood? Would love to see the two of you if you are.
