The Spider-Man trailer came out today. I'm more excited about it than LOTR.

Oh hell yeah! That looks very good indeed and Doc Oc looks to be very well done too. Good enough to make me actually drag my ass to the theater for the first time in years.
 
Personally I love both movies-can't wait to see them both..

(Sorry but spiderman has the cutes lips. I have a thing for cute, nerdy guys..that whole size of the brain thing..)

But they didn't show the Lizard!!! :mad:


And I SO can't wait until the third movie...it SHOULD have Venom in it...because this one even has John Jamasen(sp?) in it and he's the one that discovers the symbiot. :D

They've got the Lizard in the 2nd one too?!?! Man, now I definately will have to go see it.

And if they end the series without Venom making it in... Shame on them! If both John Jameson and Eddie Brock are in the 2nd one then I would say it is safe to say Venom will be in the 3rd.
 
It's supposed to be the Shocker and the Sandman in the third setting up for Venom in the fourth.

What reason did he have to fight Superman? And how could he survive 10 minutes in a battle anyway, lol.
 
Superman's powers were stripped away, and Spider-man's memory of being a good guy was erased. This was accomplished by their respective arch villains Lex Luthor and Green Goblin teaming up. Now somewhat "equalized" in strength they do battle over Columbus Circle. It was a large, oversized comic book that DC and Marvel worked on together. I'm sure it's a collector's item.

Neither superhero "won". They both, more or less, "woke up", and went off to battle the villains together.

Which is the only way it COULD be, considering neither company would have allowed their biggest star to be beaten.

Ahhhh the whole "memory loss" plot. Still, gotta love how many times Superman has lost his powers but yet no one could kill him.

_The story opens with Superman taking on arch foe Lex Luthor in Metropolis, then the scene switches to New York with Spider-man taking on arch foe Doctor Octopus. Both heroes defeat their villainous foes and Luthor and Octopus are placed in a high secure prison_ where they meet. They escape and a new super-villian team is formed and history begins!!
_Meantime, as Clark Kent and Peter Parker, both our heroes in their every day civilian lives must deal with their bosses (Morgan Edge for Kent, Jonah Jay Jameson for Parker) and the women in their lives, both Lois Lane and Mary Jane. But in New York, an event being put on by NASA with the launch of communications satellite, Luthor disguised as Superman kidnaps Lois and Mary Jane. Peter Parker runs into hiding to become Spider-man. And as history would have it: both Superman and Spider-man meet in the skies above New York with each other_accusing the other of kidnapping the women.
_Luthor and Octopus witness the confrontation from a nearby building unnoticed. Luther uses a red sun radiation device of his making on Spider-man and with a weaken Superman trying to logically begin discussing to Spider-man that they may have both been tricked, Spider-man unloads a punch that kayos Superman and the battle begins!!
_After being knocked around for a few panels, Superman really looses his cool! With telling Spider-man to unload his best punch, Superman unloads a punch towards Spider-man that would shatter a mountain. Realizing this: Superman holds back the punch with all effort and the vibrations send Spider-man halfway across the city.

With the red sun radiation wearing off, an angry Spider-man begins battering away onto a nearly unmovable standing Superman who at this point is still trying to reason with a hot headed Spider-man. But as the story goes, both heroes find their heads: cool off_and begin a well historical team up!!

Dark knight Returns done by Frank miller...Well he didn't kill him. just kicked the shit ok of him....

Doomsday killed superman and then in jla They killed him with this atlantean jla style group. Then was brought back with magic.....

spidey 2 looks good but rotk is coming out in two days....I remain stoked for that one first.
 
OMG!!! I have to wait til July to see it!! I cant wait...i loved the first one & cant wait to see the 2nd one now.
