Typical family ... brother is kind of bratty, sister is kind of bitchy. They still live at home, but don't really get along all that well, more or less tolerating each other but rarely doing much together or socializing. Their circles of friends don't really interact and don't know each other very well.
Brother gets invited to a party that turns out wild. Couples openly engaging in various acts, turns into a sort of orgy and free for all. Brother engages with several females as most of the males do. He sees a female bent over head down, ass-up taking one in the mouth and another from behind. As the guy behind pulls out and steps away, Brother takes his place and inserts deeply in one stroke and proceeds to do his thing. She re-positions and he re-enters from the front as she takes another in her mouth. At this point they can't really see each other's face.
