I beg to differ. Some of us are buying our own PPE due to shortages. Otherwise we have to wear the same PPE for 5 patients instead 1.

DeBlasio said yesterday that there are 20k masks in stock and that's enough for the immediate future.

Meanwhile GM and others are starting to produce masks and other necessary items and will have them available soon if they aren't already. I'm thinking they'll be at point of use before the current stocks are depleted.
