Greek Domination

Hello everyone. Recently, I played the new assasins creed game and it has gotten me thinking about the lack Gay Male stories set in Ancient Greece. I just figured that since the culture was so free with nudity, sex and homosexuality, whether aas a lifestyle or a punishment, theres lots of room for stories of straight men being sexually violated/dominatedd in stories. Especially if you want to make fanfic for Greek inspired stories.

A few ideas I had was
-While a soldier is seducing his generals wife, he is caught in bed and dragged out into the street where he faces humiliation and punishment
-As Vercingetorix goes to surrender to Caesar, he gets swarmed by vengeful Romans and is subjected to their anger and lust.
-On the night before his run to the Olympics, a champion is compromised by a hired band of pirates.

For Movie based Ones
-In a world where three of the 300 Spartans were captured, these men are tortured and forcefully bred to be concubine's in Xerxes army
-In an alternate take of Spartacus. Before their deaths Batiatus is captured and faces the vengeful lust of hiss former slaves.
-After his humiliating defeat in the movie Troy, the prince Paris faces further humiliation at the hands of Menelaus

You do realise that we most probably judge that culture based solely on its porn?

I have not recently reviewed historical sources, but from what I do remember, the day to day life was a lot more prudish than the art let you think. It's literally where the traditional patriarchy comes from.

Women could and did get killed for seeing nude men, for peeking on the goings on in the olimpics. Men could and did killed for seeing nude women. We can read in Calydonian Hunt how men refused to hunt alongside a woman and then Meleager had to kill two for seeing her batch in a spring. Not that she would need protection, Atalanta herself was deadly enough. But you should realise how much of outliers she and even Artemis herself, and especially Athena was.

True, boys were appreciated as much as girls and for similar reasons, and it could even have been less scandalous for a man to have a boy lover than to seduce a young girl without intend to marry her.

A lot of this homosexuality encouragement comes from the military, the phalanx formation, as team building exercise to put it blunt. You use your shield to cover not yourself so much than the next man to the left of you, and rely on the comrade right at you doing the same. More over, the ranks were ordered inversely, least experienced and weakest men in front (where it was the greatest chance they will die on first contact without actually contributing to the outcome of the battle in any other way than physically shielding men who ultimately will).
