No. That should read the EU is guilty. The UK fishing fleet has been massively reduced while EU boats fish UK waters too much. The EU in negotiations over Brexit is refusing to accept that the UK wants control of fishing in its own waters and restrictions based on science on when and where fishing will be allowed. The EU wants to continue overfishing because their waters are already suffering.

In the world, Chinese factory fishing ships are devastating stocks in the whole Pacific, putting other countries' inshore fishing fleets at risk.
